flipkart delivery service or products very good but ifb washing machine on the program start now inthe shaking problem.but totally product is very good(good design inthe new model ifb 8.5kgs )i love the product seeing the looking is great look

The Product is of very premium quality and value for money. The first impression is super, the delivery is early then expected, and the flipkart assured the safe delivery. The installation and demo is also very good, the person from ifb company is flexible and helped to install based on our interest, and explained all the options very well and clear. He even explained everything and made us to take a first try. He told us to try with couple of clothes and finished it. He stayed around 2 hours, that's pretty good and great, as we are first time users for washing machine, as we don't have experience with other washing machines before. Like as per instructions, the delivery person unpacked and showed the product for any physical damage, as there is no damage. And then the installation person came and installed it successfully, explained everything. About Product : The first time, we tried with around 1.5-2kg of clothes, the machine is pretty good without any sound and there is no vibration also. Atlast while rinse the sound is a bit (like the fan sound at speed 5), apart from that the premium quality ifb washing machine 8.5kg, with 4D washing technology is masterpiece in washing. This are my first impressions, like Wait for couple of months for detail review, with all pros and cons.

I purchased this machine from flipkart and after 4 months its tub is not getting emptied after program completion and clothes are also wet,worst experience

As informed by the installation guy, for availing 4 year warranty the machine stand should he used only recommended by IFB. So i bought bought it from him that was with IFB logo. He changed 1600 for stand that was quite high in comparison to the stand available online. But the good thing was stand was perfect in size and looked like specially made for IFB machine, there was no joint to provide strength to the stand, while the online stands are provide with joint to adjust length and width as per the model and brand of machine. Installation guy was good and explained all the features. Over all good experience.

very good washing machine. but vibration started after 3 month only .... asking ifb persons to pl see the issues... let's see.... I only purchased the machine keeping in view the Truststability of brand ifb.... now ifb has to prove its brand value and solve the issue concerned with my machine timely..

Performance at its best...sad is thing is around 6k to be spent on accessories...if accessories are bundled along with the listed price that would be a great deal

product is good. but demo was very bad. they sell me 1600 for stand & 660 for cover. And also they are not capable for explaining the machine function .. After writing this review the ifb customer calls and assure me they will send me invoice of stand or cover on whatsapp or mail. But they will not send me invoice . Overall product is good . but customer care of ifb are not helpful or not providing any proper solution.

Very Good product by IFB and value for money product, energy efficient and super silent BLDC motor used on it.
