Battery could have been better HP should have given pre installed windows and driver cd Instruction 1. download windows in .iso format 2. download rufus in .exe format 3. plug in usb device and burn windows iso in pen drive 4. for first time install the windows from boot screen and select yout device 5. install hp support assistant and all drivers will be installed automatically or download drivers manually from HP website

IF we want to buy laptop..we have few things common in our mind *storage *clock speed *processor *graphic card *RAM *screen size and BRAND (after sales service factor) if u have budget of 35k there is no competition....there is no other choice.. go for this HP 15-r244TX (Notebook) (Core i3 4th Gen/ 8GB/ 1TB/ Free DOS/ 2GB Graph) (M9W02PA)... awesome product by HP offered at great price.. **there should be some color options for the same specification.. and **Hp should think about backlite keyboard and more screen resolution ## driver cd should be included with the package as downloading same consumes too much time and Data balance..

Can't expect anything more for the price range. You have good inch of screen. Sound is good to hear. Battery gives me 4 hr of charge. Keyboard: Keys are placed at right place which makes you feel in typing, while few laptop keys messup there were few cons You can ignore if you are techy guy first thing No Drivers CD. Which makes you to go to hp support to download. you must be clear in what drivers you want other wise you will mess up. Second Free DOS. though you choose between different OS, you have to spare extra amount on it unless you are a techy guy. Third i3 processor which makes you delay in setting up things in few seconds. If you ignore the above cons, close your eyes book it

According to Price it is Good Product in HP. DISAPPOINTED POINTS: It is not come with the Laptop BAG. It is little disappointed us: The drivers are need to download from online support center. GRAPHIC CARD software is huge one 630mb but it is useless. It is not installed and deduct the Nvidia CARD. That is in Device manager 3D Video Controller fails and YOU CAM not work because of Nvidia not installed in my laptop. (BUT NEW UPDATE launch for Graphic Card will fulfill it.) At Last Battery Back-up is average 2-3 hrs only - not satisfy with battery.

Laptop is great under 35K price tag with 8GB Ram and 4th Gen Intel core i3 processor ( Doesn't come with OS inbuilt ) Pros:- 1 smooth performance 2 Good build 3 design and feel is good 4 battery backup superb 5 Webcam is good not great cons:- 1 Lacks num lock ON/OFF indication led 2 touchpad is bit uncomfortable since placed slightly left from the centre 3 Drivers CD is missing and takes lots of GBs to download 4 When I activated the product I got only 11 months warranty 5 ADP ( Accidental damage protection ) is not available

Please someone let me know if there any other source to download drivers for this laptop... i tried from hp website & it was only loading...

battery back up is not good. mouse touch pad is hard.keyboard is not up to great
