Washing machine washes pretty well so far. Dont have anything to complain yet. Very Fast Delivery and installation from FlipKart. However please be weary of the installation person upselling many items to you like, the washing machine stand, and other items. I ended up with a installation bill of nearly Rs. 3000. they charged me for a hose extension, washing machine cover etc, extension hose etc. It might have made more sense if I was automatically prompted by Flipkart, and I could have purchased these directly from flipkart. The installation guy also tried to sell me other items, that I think were not really needed.

The washing machine was booked on 13th November . The delivery of the machine happened on 14th November itself. Flipkart needs to be given full credit for that. Actual problem will start later on. The machine will be not be commissioned for net 10 to 12 days. In my case not yet commissioned as of 27-Nov-15 All the calls made to flipkart Customer Care in this regard are of no use. Promptly every second day I receive a mail informing me with the standard message "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by " . I have so far received 6 emails with different dates. Emails sent to customer support in this regard will receive automated responses.
