res,sir/mam today after long time I successfully installed windows 10.say to all plse don't try to install windows 7 or 8.good laptop from hp.battery backup up to 5 to 5:30 hours.good hd screen.thin & light weight.good performance.wifi & Bluetooth working perfectly. thanks a lot Flipkart & ekart delivery person also Flipkart customer care executive &&& thanks for HP customer care executive because they suggest me install windows 10.laptop delivery date 23 July & today 29 July successfully installed windows10.the time between 23 to 29 I tried to install windows 7 or 8 but each & every time installation process stop.when I contacted to HP customer support they suggest windows 10.i am saying to all plse don't waste time to install windows 7 or 8.res sir mam plse send me warranty card because no warranty card available in laptop inside or outside packing.again thanks a lot for Flipkart & seller.

Decent performance,nice touchpad response, contains almost all drivers,most compatible with window 10 64 bit only,if you use win 10 32 bit the ram usable ram will decrease to 1.91 gb from 4 gb installed ram. Overall a good product in this price range.

PERFECT LAPTOP....no lags...performance is good...one thing is that DOS , must install any other OS to use...windows 10 pro works best ...no heating problems,can manage daily tasks,to my surprise some heavy games too works good....the best budget laptop from HP...Its been 2 years.....
