product is good , but installation by Bosch is worst. installation guy was only doing marketing and selling his products. Important thing is don't buy any pipes from installation guy . he is selling pipe for 550 rs that cost outside 150 rs. filter which is not required selling for 1800 rs and drum cleaner 900 rs which is not recommend . product is very good and taking very less water n no noise

Product is good. Delivery and installaion is ok. But one issue is that whatever slno put in the invoice and in the machine is different. This was noted after the installaion is over. This was informed to flipkart and they told that they will look into that. After some reminder they told that photo of the slno in the machine is required. That also send. After 2 to 3 reminder customer support manager called and asked that the machine is used or not. By this time 3 weeks over. I told yes it started using. Then he tild that now he cannot do anything. I want to tell that during any of the convesation or email it was not told that I have to keep the machine without using it. I purchased this not for show piece. Such a irresponsible response is not expected from flupkarr. My issue was not yet solved.

I am using this machine since 2nd Jan 2018. I know a lot of pros and cons. Pros- solid built Cheap price Bosch reputation and assurance Top notch washing quality Almost nil vibration Too less noise(almost silent) Less water consumption (it's also a con for wash quality and detergent amount). Low power consumption. Superior looks CONS- TAKES LESS WATER FROM INLET, SO IT NEEDS MORE DETERGENT IN RETURN. EITHER U PUT CLOTHES PRESOAKED IN WATER OR ADD MORE WATER FROM DETERGENT DRAWER DRUM IS NOT STAINLESS STEEL, THE COATING MAY WEAR OFF AND IT MAY GET RUSTED LATER AFTER 8-10YEARS. SO BETTER DONT USE ANY HARSH DRUM CLEANER. NO PRE-WASH. It's not a con actually. 7KG WASHING CAPACITY MODE IS ONLY FOR COTTON THAT TAKES 2 HRS, SO ITS TAKING HELL LOT OF TIME. OTHER LESS WASHING CAPACITY MODES ALLOW ONLY 3.5 AND 4KG WITH MIN 30MIN AND APPROX 1HR TIME DURATION RESPECTIVELY. THANK YOU.

Have bought this machine in may beginning, and after using this machine felt the buy is value for money and worth buying bosch. No sound at all. washes clothes cleanly, no stains of detergent. no tearing of the clothes as i was experiencing in my previous washing machine. The only issue i found is on the demo and installation process. didnt get the timely assistance from bosch. we waited for 5-6 days for the demo and installation. VIVEK's guys called me 2-3 times whether the demo is done or not. Rest everything is fantastic. loved the experience of using the machine myself when wife is not around. only effort which will consume your energy is to hang-drying the clothes.

Don't buy in flipcart...... Tooo bad service

Performance I good! The spin could have been little better, the clothes doesn't come out that dry! Otherwise, very easy to operate! Satisfied with the product! 5* stars for the delivery and handling. 2* stars for installation and demo, if person just reads you the manual then what is the use of demo, we can also blindly read and operate and machine!

Love the product. Make is really good and sturdy. Performance is amazing as well. Customer care guy came within two days after calling on them on the day of arrival. Swift installation was done. Got the stand and cover from him which was charged nominal. Thanks to flipkart for fast delivery as well

I had ordered this machine for my mother, and she is quite satisfied with the performance, so full marks for that. Flipkart's delivery was spot on and the delivery executives were professional and sensible, again, kudos to that. The only slight improvement that I could think of in the machine is that the child lock should also lock the function of the multi-purpose dial. All in all, a worthy buy.

It’s been 15 days since I purchased the product still the installation is not yet done (Only after installation I know how good or how bad the products but overall I’m very unhappy with the Flipkart team as well the Bosch installation team)as far as I know Bosch India is very bad on after sales service if this is the case what would be the status of a person who needs service or support and who are living in remote areas or rural areas of India when they are not able to attend to installation in a metro city ( People have to think seriously about Bosch after sales service) so I would not recommend this product just because of Bosch service team I would never choose Flipkart and the worse would be Bosch I would never even get anywhere closer got that company Germans are soling there name because of these crooks in India

The machine is working fine as expected. But I found some serious flaws in design of the machine w.r.t. washing programs. 1.Full load (7Kg) option is not available in 'Daily wash' program. This is the most suitable washing program for everybody because this is the only washing program where we can put cotton, polyester, silk etc together.(Only 4 Kg option available in this daily wash program) 2. There is no option to wash the clothes in full load (7 kg) quickly like 'Quick wash' in other washing machines. Again here only the reduced load option available.(4 kg) 3.Cold wash option only available in "Cotton", in all other washing programs, we cannot disable hot wash option.
