Really a nice product at this price. There is no issue in it and the demo service is also good and Don't buy any of the whirlpool product(stand RS: 1500, cover RS: 600, detergent RS: 350, etc) from the serviceman. Because you can get a better and good product at a low price from Flipkart or amazon. I brought a stand for RS: 850 and cover for RS: 450 and detergent for RS: 185. It has a stainless steel body with good paint. So don't need to bother about the rust. But anyways better use a cover and stand to protect the paint and the body.

I'm slightly unhappy with this model as I found lint marks on my black shirt. washing is good but only with less clothes. would like to know what 7 kg means- dry clothes or soaked clothes?

i am writing this review after using it for 2 months. not satisfied by design. it's good only for daily use clothes which have less stains.. so many times it happened that even after rinse cloths are stuck with detergent. which clearly indicates the spinning speed is not sufficient to mix water and clothes. if your clothes are with hard stain.. then forgot abt this machine. don't waste time and water dobit by hand. Even my10 year old semi automatic was doing better than this in there of washing quality.. I checked with the service guy and he said it's the standard design and all top loaded machine are like this only. so he suggested me to go for front loaded or semi automatic machine for better washing quality. so it's a lesson leant.. go for front loaded machine for better washing quality..forgot the extra amount u have pay.. you will be rewarded much more for that extra amount.

initially product looks good also get safe delivery. good at these rate i brought these product in 11300 only but delivery takes too much time, overall experience is very good.
