It’s has been now 1 yr and AC is working excellent. My room is big enough and it cools very fast. No issue at all during 1 period of year of time. Remote and AC has very good feature of ECO mode which cuts power plus it has silent mode which cuts another power. Also as it is inverter AC bill just got half. Must go for it other then spending much on branded AC’S.

1. impressive cooling with in minutes... 2. heka app makes ac to on (or) off simply in a distance.. 3. little bit noise in indoor unit 4. overall good ac at this price range.. 5. 10years warranty makes me to buy this ac& smart features like ,wfi, voice commands, and etc...

Overall awesome purchase for me i bought it for 28499Rs plus free installation from flipkart.the only thing missing is the swing its not in both ways horizontal & vertical but no issues we can adjust it as per our convenience.the fan speed can be adjusted.Heka app first rejected my code but then i reinstalled the app now it recognised my AC. Overall i think its the best Smart AC in this range with with Smart features. Loved it.(MANPREET SINGH)

Before purchasing it I had my doubts but after reading few of the reviews I made the purchase. At the time of purchase installation was given for free, had some issue & doubt regarding with that but flipkart cleared it before delivery. I would have removed one star for installation service (Changed date & person twice, not clear about free installation of product, If flipkart is taking care of installation through Jeeves, there communication should be clear & customer shouldn't face any issue due to their lack of communication regarding installation charges. ) but as the AC itself is good, I have given 5 star. Now coming to the product look wise nothing special but cooling is very effective & quick. Noise is low except when fan is on high mode, still the noise is okay & nothing to worry about. One of the user has written that the product ha voltage input from 140V to 280V. Confirmed with Livpure & as per them my 1.5Ton 3star AC has 270V to 230V input voltage range. In my area voltage fluctuation not there still to be in safe side I have purchased & installed one stabilizer. Initially I faced issue with HEKA app but after firmware is updated in the AC, it is working properly without any issue. Have't tried yet with alexa but I am sure it would work fine. Delivered on 18/06/2019. same day installation. free installation except 750 rs. for stand and 140 rs. for 2 meter extra wire. initially ac looking good. nice cooling without noise. rest of features are not checked yet. good service by flipkart.

THE design of the ac is beautiful, just beautiful. AC with Wifi technology well implemented in this AC. Cooling is very fast. Features like Anti Bacterial, Anti dust and carbon filter are not available with other ACs in this price range. From this point Livpure has done a great job. Overall built quality of this product is more than awesome. If livpure maintain this quality in future it would be placed in top AC company in INDIA. Flipkarts customer support is the best in India. They have installed my product on the next day of delivery.Technician person is well knowledged and expert in AC installation. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

The AC provides very high quality cooling. The entire room gets chilled within 5 minutes of turning on AC at a temperature of 24 degrees. Also, the entire room fills with a fresh odour within minutes of turning on AC.
