Overall a good experience except. Machine is quite small as compared to other companies counterparts.

Using for last 6 months. Till date no problem. And To swear I really appreciate myself to go for this brand.

Mitashi delivers a good product but when it comes through flipkart then i will suggest people not to buy it . Services for flipkart is a worst part for a Person outside metro city ..worst ever experience for the product delivery through....never buy a product through flipkart because they will never help you if you are having some issue....

All Good except the "Back-Cover" as its made of very fragile plastic. At first when product delivered it was even damaged , luckily with the help of "Flipkart" and some escalation i was able to replace it in around 10 day's. I believe Mitashi should have made the back side with equally good material!!! If i was aware of this back-cover plastic quality at first , i might have chosen some other options. @Mitashi : I hope you take into consideration as if someone spending 13K may spend 1K extra to have "Solid" product unlike this. @Flipkart : Thanks alot for your kind support during replacement delay etc, your "Customer Care" is really Good!!! They do make you feel comfortable and hear you out very politely & carefully.(<<< Deserve 5/5) I insist if you add "Back-Cover" photo in your Product Catalogue with more closure/clarity as well as with a proper note about the Back-Cover Plastic quality , Customer may choose product with better conscious.

Really a good product..Rightly priced.. some big names with same capacity with plastic drum charges around 20 k. But it is around 12 k. This product comes with steel drum. It is sleek and functions are very simply designed.. 5 years warranty is an additional benefit. The overall product quality is too good.. Normally we believe that higher quality comes with higher price.. but it is not always true.. An aspiring Indian company provides better quality at affordable price.. Go for it.. Flipkart delivered it in 2 days. Jeeves done the installation in single day.. overall satisfying buy..

worst experience from Flipkart, before buying think twice

Not good for cloth washing. poor quality. Everytime giving dust on clothes after washing and takes a lot of water. Takes a lot of time.

VERY POOR WASHING OF CLOTHES ESPECIALLY LIGHT COLOURED AND WHITES, EVEN A MODERATE AMOUNT OF DIRT IS NIT REMOVED. THE WASH TUB IS NOT 7.5 KG AS MENTIONED. MY OLD ELECTROLUX MACHINE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. MADE A MISTAKE OF TRADING IT FIR MITASHI. I REGRET MY MONEY HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN.

Its looks superb before buy mitashi washing machine i searched so many washing machine and compare the same with price and configuration i found that mitashi is best but i have doubt about RPM 600 as compare to other brand its 700 + RPM yesterday i got installation and demo today we wash 10 cloth its good i will provide my fully feedback after using 1 month
