This particular model from LG is newly launched please check as other models in the range are about 2 years old. I think for a normal Indian family 6kg is a good capacity. The washing machine as such is a good one, I did do some market research before I froze on LG (nightmare of my experience of whirlpool 7kg stainwash top load ) this machine with its direct drive is certainly very quiet and the various options makes washing easy. What I think it's drawback is it take longer for wash on full cycle (was iOS superior) Only drawback of this as compared to top load is the option to add clots after wash cycle starts. I'm very happy with the purchase ( baring Citibank not giving Cashback as promised)

Product is very good. But too much confusion on the warranty part. The product was delivered on the said date. Good package.. New piece and very good handling by flipkart. But Warranty part is the major issue. I called LG toll free customer care. They said they will not support online purchase and installation and demo will be chargeable. Also if they do the initial installation only the warranty will be applicable. If we do by ourselves or any other agencies (Flipkart authorized agencies) the warranty will not be applicable. I called flipkart customer care and informed this, but they are denying but they are not giving any clear picture. So I finally called LG customer care and accepted for the paid installation and demo as I needed the LG warranty. I got a call from Jeeves (Authorised flipkart service agency) for installation. I rejected their free installation, as I have done with original LG service engineer. So Flipkart please be specific about warranty and installation. Please do not give any wrong information to customers.

Machine is super silent and wash quality is very good as compared to top load... This is after using the machine for 1.5 months... Washing quality is unmatchable with top load. Blindly you can go for it... No need to clean shirt collars and socks which are soiled... Directly put it and forget it... Only thing I noted is washing time is more in front load as compared to top load but that's ok as far as soiled clothes comes out clean without washing them separately.

Quick...super fast delivery. The machine is in perfect condition. Call lg support and got it demo n installation. Flipkart made my Diwali bright......tysm. I m a fan of flipkart from the time it came. Love it......will right more on the machine once tested for some more time.

Good product awsome very easy to use best

After using it for 7 months I am writing this review. Got this washing machine for Rs.23K. It does its job properly and flawlessly. very silent when it spins. washes all kinds of clothes efficiently.No fuss.You can select the temperature and spin as per your wish. All functions are very good. Once the product got delivered the installation guy came on the same day and installed it and gave the demo. I am very happy with this product. Thanks to Flipkart for quick delivery. You can go for this product without much thinking. Thank you.
