I have used this one for the past four months. Its good. It takes around 2.30 hours to complete a normal wash and a quick wash takes 1.30 hours. Since there is no display, we do not know the exact elapsed time and thats the only thing i didnt like much. Also, it needs a 16 Amp 3 pin plug for this machine. I liked this very much as the wash quality is good. As hot wash is also available as in-built which is an add on.

Very Good product. I own one & my friend owns one as well. good Delivery & Packing by Flipkart. Delivery was awesome, as they helped place the washing machine in the floor that was required. Delivery 10/10 I would give. Pros: Worth the Money for starting range machine ( I got it on flipkart discount) Adequate functions for home use Good performance, clean clothes & no cloth damage Less noise. Very User friendly Cons: Does not display the remaining time of wash. This would have been useful as the full cycle sometimes take 2-3 hours The RPM for drying is less. Clothes will require drying after that. No separate container for Liquid detergent Installation happened only 2 days after the product No IFB MCB given , we have to buy it outside

At this price it is the best option. IFB is giving good service support. But if you are puting too many clothes in the drum then you would not get good results plus you would have to buy special detergent from IFB (Fluff) to get best out of this machine.

i bought this product on a very good deal ... the shipping was prompt and so was the delivery ... since this product had to be placed on the second floor of my house, the delivery boys had tough time in negotiating the stairs curves carrying this product .. and they even declined to accept any money for the extra efforts . .kudos to flipkart delivery ... coming to the product, its been more than a month of extensive usage, and i must say this product is a direct home run .. wash quality is really excellent and the rinsing is also at the maximum and you may probably require about a hour time to get those clothes dried up completely .. the wash duration i thought was bit longer, given the fact that it takes about an hour for the full cycle wash for a full load ... the only thing that should be made clear is that, there is no compartment in this machine for adding additives (cloth softener/bleach etc) .. so you need to go for a powder which has all this built in ... however, IFB has their own product called fluffy which is really handy and costs little lesser than any of the other brands available ... i have been using IFB liquid detergent from day 1 and i am completely satisfied ... bottomline --- go for it

Saw many reviews that the service is not good but I felt the service from ifb is good (at least in my case). I bought it for my home, a village in AP. The service person visited home by travelling ~80km to install it. They are professional and polite.. using it from past 2years.. this machine is really amazing.. worth every penny..

Good Product and worth to buy. Almost past 4 months I am using. Still now there is no complaint. The given option is sufficient for 5 members family.

Previous IFB Machine ran for 14 years and was still running when we exchanged for this one recently with Flipkart's generous exchange offer. Don't expect anything but solid performance from this one as well and so far it is delivering. It is significantly lighter and smaller than the previous machine with almost the same capacity 5.5 kg vs 6 kg. IFB simply offers great value for money.

Perfect just can't get better than this recommend use liquid soap like surf for best results

loved this like anything.washing clothes is fun now.the dryer is good .it takes only few mins to air dry

We researched like for months for a decent Machine for a family of 5. Down selected this IFB 5.5 after good reviews across internet & real world. Using it from the past 3 months. Though it many not look like much from the pics or specification , this machine does what it expected from it. WASH. A good wash. Not sure what people do with those fancy colors or LED display screen. You dont need a machine to play game or to use like a smart phone. End of the day what matters is some fresh set of washed cloths and trust me you'll get it from this machine. end of the story .
