Washing machine design is good with lots of features. Only problem faced was with the installation person. Person simply told his purpose is only to give demo and just explained the features that any one can get to know from manual. He did not connect the water inlet pipe. Did not fixed the mouse pad. All we had to do by ourselves. Important thing is he simply refused to keep it in the place that I told him to. He simply told it will not come there. Later I did all by myself and kept this machine at the same place where he told that machine will not come there.

Purchased it after a long research ...go for it without any second thought... installation was done on the next day of delivery . Thumbs Up!!!!!

Awesome product But The thing missing is Emergency drain pipe Emergency door unlock and Function's are not mentioned in user manual and service person also don't knows I cold able to figure out 4 among 5 functions excluding the 1st function please let me know what is the first function is.

1st Impression MarQ 7.5kg: Looks premium, Has almost all features of a 30k worth washers, Less noise, Solid build quality, Inbuilt Heater, Have dedicated tray for detergent and fabric conditioner, Auto resume feature in case of Power cuts, Different modes of wash, Switch on, add detergent and forget. Cons: Nothing as much, but to mention 1. would have loved it if there was any option to reuse the soap water. 2.There is a function button on machine and its usage and features are no where mentioned on manual or Flipkart. 3. Installation guys kept rescheduling their visit for two days, finally i had to do it myself and never bothered their visit Rest everything is fantastic for now. People looking for budget Front Load washing machine with premium features and looks must go for it without a second thought. **************************************************** UPDATE: NO ANY PROBLEM AS ON 09 AUG 2020.

Good but drum size is toooo small compared to ifb 8kg machine(recently i purchased). its look like just 6kg machine drum size can marq representative answer for this
