Washing machine is working in good condition but service man not available installation can be done by some local people also working of machines is excellent good purchase from flip kart

Bought on Feb 24th 2018. Stopped working in 15 days. As the flipkart warranty is only ten days, flipkart refused to help. Oneida has warranty for one year, BUT they said the machine is faulty and we DO NOT HAVE SPARE PARTS here. Ordered from Mumbai will take 15 days. Now it is 2 months and NO PARTS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. So am struggling to get HELP!! Oneida refuses to help, but as parts are not available they should replace, right? but they refuse. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST FLIPKART OR ONIDA. Service and damaged goods are becoming too much of a regular issue here as this whole system i fear is a SCAM !!

DONT BUY ONIDA PRODUCTS - THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM/ SPARES/Service ENGINEERS Purchased the Onida Washing machine 7.5 kg 20th January 2018, 2nd April 2018 Machine problem. Followed up with Onida Customer care till date Issue not resolved. Onida doesnt have the spares. They are not responding to calls. Worst customer care team in onida. Dont buy anything from onida. Total Waste. Because of Flipkart i got into this worst trap. Samsung is best in customer service, Sure Onida employees will not be having any Onida products at their home. its worst
