The Product is very good and Flipkart delivered on time, but the IFB service person is not enough good and forcing to buy filters and separate detergent powders and liquids, and scaring us if we don't use the filter, the washing machine will won't work more than 6 months. I didn't believe in his words and didn't purchase anything from him.

Very good product again from IFB. Flipkart delivery was amazing. Ordered in the noon and got delivered next day morning 7 am. Was like woow.. installation got delayed from IFB team. Using it like more than a month now, it's does the job perfectly. Hot n warm water choices are there, that meets my washing requirements.

I am a thorough IFB person, so when my current IFB washing machine completed its 10 yr, it was time to change as IFB typically does not give post 10 Yr AMC. Deal View: Was looking for deals in IFB and a combination of exchange of 5000, 4 yr warranty (saving me 2500 per year) and 10% refund of StanChart was a no brainer. Ordered on 19/10 night and arranged for today 22/10 delivery. Delivery Experience: Only frustrating point was that delivery was scheduled for 5 - 7 AM (yes it was AM), but when I called helpdesk around 7 AM, I was that it must be 7 PM, though I had SMS and mail stating 5-7 AM only. Anyway machine was delivered by 10 AM and old machine was also picked up same time. One suggestion here, thru delivery team I came to know that in highrises if lift is not allowed beyond 3rd floor, they can cancel order. I think that it should be mentioned clearly so that either we can arrange for help in case lifts are not allowed as in my case OR some other arrangement. Remaining was smooth. Called IFB immediately and machine was installed in late afternoon. About machine: So far it is not used for a real wash, however machine looks elegant and easy to operate. It is relatively less in depth in comparison to old machine. Installation engineer explained details in depth though it was not needed. But IFB being IFB will go by rule book Overall, so far a good experience. Hope this machine also lasts as long as my prev one lasted to keep me a IFB customer and thanks Flipkart for making this experience as pleasant as possible.

Excellent product,been using since last two months,amazing performance much better than my previous Top loading fully automatic (LG).Flipkart service was also excellent while delivering the product 5/5.

wash programme are not good you have wait for 148 min for wash time better you can go Samsung instead.apart from that rest all are good
