Flipkart as usual delivery was prompt next day itself it got delivered and then call from Jeeves may be third party installer they told it will cost ˜1800 Rs including bracket to fit outdoor unit. I preferred to install from Carrier they charged 2400 Rs but installation was very good. Room gets chilled in 2-3 mins of time (12*11 size). Overall experience was good. Thanks to Flipkart for good handling of product.

It is a basic inverter ac most of the optional features as mentioned in the description are not working in it. It's 2 ways swing only, without any wifi connectivity, follow me doesn't work properly. Cooling is better than my expectations but indoor unit is noisy. Fan speed is high which is good but fan becomes very noisy at high speed. Eco mode is just a way to 24 degree. Its just a basic inverter ac with good cooling but just workarounds on the name of advanced features. All stars because of its cooling more powerful than other ac in same category

Cooling is good. No issues as of now. I feel best choice in this price range.

My room is near about 120 sqft. but it chills my room within 5 2 6 min ... Cooling is just awesome .... Appearance is nice Indicator brightness is too good ... Almost all a Powerpack AC .... Blindly go for it....

very first delivery by flipkart and carrier installation was done very nicely and properly cooling in the room is excellent

This Carrier was delivered in 2 days and installation was done the very next day. Installation guys (2 of them) were my locality people who live just 4 kms from my house and did their job professionally well. He asked if I want to fix the outdoor unit on a stand which costs 900 rupees, which I politely said not required, as there was facility to place the outdoor unit well outside the parapet wall. Overall experience was excellent both from Flipkart and from Carrier customer care. AC is working well, cooling nicely our 100 sft bedroom. Brought for my wife who was experiencing very hot summer heat and she is absolutely happy with the AC cooling, so am I.

Worst experience ever... After buying it it worked only three days and after this it showed PO error.. I tried to call customer service but they have very poor service it's been 15 days till I complained but no response from their side. If there is any word better then 'Worse' I'll use that for their service.. So pissed off from them. Please don't buy any carrier Ac. What I'll do with this warrenty it's useless. I do call them every single day. But their reply always ' ur complaint is under process from 20 days. And still counting. Worst customer service worst worst worst I m fed up from them
