do not this product, voltas customer care sucks.. I have bought this product on April 3 and I had to face issue with cooling and water leakage for every 10 days from the day of installation.. Installation itself was a big mess, once installation done it worked fine for 10 days.. then comes the issue of not cooling and water leakage..I have called the Volta's care, they checked just for 1 min and told me that there is no issues and returned back.. the next day again say issue, this time he had checked and told me that it's installation problem and gas leakage has happened.. they didn't full the gas as it's installation issue..I again called the installation guys which Flipkart has sent and they had refilled the gas..it worked fine for another 10 days.. again same issue, this time Volta's technician had come and checked the product, then later filled the gas again,,.. told me that installation guys did something.. even after voltas techie checked and filled gas., it only worked for 2 days this time.. when I checked with Volta's and asked to replace, they asked to check with dealer. Flipkart mentions that it can't take return as return policy is completed.. Flipkart asks to check Volta's.. I have bought the AC to avoid the summer but this product is such a waste.. total waste of money
