I deliberated a lot whether to go for a cheap Chinese brand or a premium brand. I had heard enough horror stories from friends about the poor quality of Chinese brands and their limited service availability. Since I have a lot of products from Samsung at home and they have all worked well so far - hence went for Samsung. Sharing my initial observations: - The TV was delivered and installed on time without any follow ups. - It is a top notch premium Iooking UHD TV with sharp pictures and good brightness. Clearly, Samsung picture quality cannot be replicated by Chinese TVs. - Another thing that stands out (and is missing in TVs like MiTV) is the pre-built VoD apps such as Netflix, Prime, Hotstar, Zee 5 etc. - The sound is loud enough for my room size and vocals clarity is awesome. It has dolby digital. I used the Tune Station app once-it allows me to play music while the TV screen is off. - The TV is extremely easy to control. Its interface is clutter free. I could easily navigate through the TV menus from the first time I switched it on. - I sometimes pair my phone with the TV. Screen mirroring works smoothly without any lag. It also has a live cast function which I used once and it worked like a dream. - Overall, a wonderful TV at this price. Strongly recommended!

It is a smart TV but neither the remote is smart nor the TV has Bluetooth. Also the 3.5 mm audio jack is missing and only optical device can be connected. Not the best product for amount we are paying.

Perfect TV by Samsung in this price range. you need to update the software for more features. Software can be downloaded from Samsung website and unzip the file and put in pendrive and install. Software size is 1GB. TV is excellent sound quality is also good and connectivity is also simple.

The best purchase I have made in a long time!!!! Display is top notch,4k content looks brilliant with HDR in Netflix and prime video.Sound quality is good.Buying a 4K firestick even made it better.Now I have bluetooth connectivity.If u have home theater setup with 3.5 mm audio jack then buy a digital to analog audio converter which solves the problem.Samsung technician helped me get this done.Overall if u are someone with good internet connection it is a must buy television.If u just have a DTH connection without any streaming services then it would be wise not to upgrade.Highly satisfied with my purchase

The picture quality is amazing, the sound quality and connectivity is very good, but at the same time it does not have AV out put, only support for Optical out which is annoying. It has old generation remote which dose not a point remote, apparently LG has similar product which has Voice remote( LG 108 cm (43 Inches) 4K UHD LED Smart TV 43UK6360PTE (Brown) (2018 model) some 2k is higher than this but it has every thing. Samsung should have improve these area, it could have been better than what it is now.

Sound and picture are satisfactory for the price but black level or lack of local dimming is very visible, dark scenes are hard to make out. There is no upscaling so anything below HD looks woeful. The Samsung smart TV OS is great and everything from Netflix to Hotstar works butter smooth. Sound is good to the point there is no need to instantly connect to external Audio output. Samsung could have priced it 10k higher and given HDR and full array local dimming it would have the perfect TV.

The best alternative for the Xiaomi 4K TVs -- superb picture and sound quality at such a great price. Masterstroke by Samsung to end Xiaomi, VU and others' run. Anyone looking for a quality Samsung product, just go for this TV!

It has a very profound and clear display with a good sound system (20W) . Connectivity is great but it doesn't support Bluetooth. This TV does not have composite cord slot so the normal set top box cannot be connected to the TV only HD set top box can be connected which has an HDMI wire. Overall it's a fantastic product !

Excellent picture quality for 4K and HD video/pictures. Great build quality, looks premium. Nice viewing angles! 60Hz refresh rate is really advantage for smooth display. You'd really feel wow while watching cricket on HD channel. WiFi also works well. Smart TV interface is friendly. Almost all apps are available like YouTube, Hotstar, Zee5, Sony Liv and many more!! What else to expect at 40K price!! Couple of things to improve. No Bluetooth connection. Remote quality could have been better. Slightly overpriced considering LG 4K ThinQ smart TV with voice command remote is only 3000 Rupees costlier (however it has 50Hz refresh rate) Quick delivery from flipkart and installation from Samsung. Overall it's the best premium 4K TV at the moment at this price.
