Worst Flipkart service, if they are providing AC. They don't care for customer. my ac got delivered on 14th july as per the date. installation engineer installed ac as per the first installation date on 16th july, they called me and arrange the time on evening. once the installation done from Flipkart i received message that installation has been rescheduled ( but installation already done). next day one lady called me from Flipkart and i given confirmation that AC installed by your jeeves technician. next day i received msg your installation has been cancelled. now it is showing cancelled till. i complained for this why it is showing cancelled but already it is done installation from your authorized partner jeeves. i received call after 7 days regarding complain, they told me you cannot claim warranty because we have not received update that jeeves technician done installation. they told me you need to take invoice of installation from jeeves. i called jeeves complaint them they told there is no such a invoice for installation. we are paying high installation charges for 1600 and even Flipkart don't care about this. there technician not giving update to them that ac is installed. they are taking leads data of customer with new ac and installing ac and taking charges and not updating to jeeves or Flipkart that ac has been installed. Flipkart if you don't care about installation then why you are voiding warranty for outside installation. worst customer support experience from Flipkart.

Standard Installation Charges Little bit more compared to Local Installation (but you Can't do that as there is No Warranty if you do ). Overall Value For Money

Yes this air conditioner is very cheap as compared to other brands ,so is the cooling style is. The fitting guys are not educated enough to fix it. Coming to the quality of air conditioner its good as per it's price as in 25k you won't even get a 3 star Cooper split ac and here you are getting inverter ac. So it takes time to chill the place though mine is a small still it takes around more than 20 min and if you try to complain about the cooling boy o boy the executive will tell you that ac is good and it doesn't have any problems. Swing option isn't that great as it moves from up to down not left to right . It shows you current room temp as well and turbo mode isn't that great.I am surprised that they didn't mention regarding free service and their partner is Jeves isn't good with service. Flipkart should have mentioned regarding service

Good worth of money. Timely delivered without any damage. Still I gave 4 star because of Installation process, it took almost 7-8 working days. After continuous followup they send tech for installation with charges of 1600/-. Rest everything was excellent and cooling also seems good. Remote stand was not part of it.

one of the best product from flipkart at the best price. service provided by jeeves was excellent & on time. but the service charges are a bit on higher side. cooling efficiency of this inverter ac is excellent.

product received in one day and get installed another day. initial impression is very good. will give full review after one week use. After around one week use I can say that the performance of the AC is very good. Strongly recommended for the buy of this product

This is a perfect product, I am using since last 3 days it is very silent, very good cooling, I recommend people to buy.... But Instolation is expensive 1699 + 750/-for wall brackets.. Total of 2450/- and same wall brackets on Flipkart u get for 450/- I wish Flipkart could do something on this area.
