This product has a very peculiar drum issue. The gear box needs to be replaced for the reduction of noise. Moreover its service person told that the product is a failure in whirlpool washing machines. Not worth of money.

yes i also purchased it because it has inbuilt heater otherwise i also go for lg jetspray technology model. I purchased it last 6 months back and there is a inner drum issue while rotating when it is spin mode. Then i directly swith off the power and i pulled all cloths out and reput it in a equally then it is rotating proparly. I have only this issue. otherwise it is good.

Received before time. Flipkart service is good. No problem with installation. One recommendation, Call directly whirlpool for installation and demo. Product Pros: 1. Good looks and Color. 2. So many washing mode options. 3. Heater. I had gone with whirlpool because this had inbuilt heater if not I had gone with LG with jetspray tech.. 4. Occupies less space. 5. Washing is good, till date no problem. i had got last week only. I will update later with all type of washing usages... Cons: 1. No Castors (wheels), difficult to move from 1 place to other. 2. I feel this is costly without wheels. 3.Outlet drain pipe is very small. Only of 750mm length. 4. Outer drum quality is not good. Whirlpool makes money without providing wheels and not providing enough Outlet pipe and low quality outer drum. That's why i given 3 star, if not motor and washing is good. If heater required then i recommend the whirlpool ultra clean with inbuilt heater. If heater is not so important then i recommend LG with jet spray technology.

Washing Machine is good but Whirlpool business strategy is very bad. You have to buy Iron guard ( 1950/- ) and Wheel Stand ( 1400/- ) from them separately. This extra cost you have to bear otherwise you cant use the product. That's why I am very much disappointed with Whirlpool.
