Simply awesome. The product and flipkart service have made the shopping experience a delightful one. The machine is a pretty basic one but has a solid core. Doesn't make much noise. Does it's job silently and quickly. Good to have one.

From the very first day (bought only one month ago) , the washing machine was not working properly. Sometimes it is working and sometimes not working at all. Panasonic service centre not confessing the defect as it is working infrequently. Till now, I am trying for a replacement.... but afraid wheather company will replace it or give a new excuse. Lets see..... Today is 2nd december 2017. I am using this for last 9 months. The machine worked only for 5-6 months during this period. I had called panasonic customer care several times (I can not count !!!) . According to their suggestion , I changed my electric connection twice. Additional rs 4000 was wasted. Till the machine is not working. Its the worst machine i have ever bought. Please don't buy it.

Stopped working after 1 year of using it. Panasonic service is pathetic, 1 month and I am still waiting for replacement. Even when it was working, quality of wash was substandard. Will never go with Panasonic again in my life.

Nice product

I bought this product last week and started using it yesterday onwards. What is good ? Flipkart delivery and communication, great! Panasonic customer care , very good. If I compare with my previous experience with another brand (Onida), Panasonic customer care support is excellent. They even works on weekends and I got the demo on Sunday. Washing seems good to me. What is bad ? Machine is not so silent, feels little noisy to me. No wheel attached to machine which makes it difficult to manure it freely (my earlier machine was having wheels at bottom so that I can move it around freely)

this is a long usage review. After 3 years the machine has stopped working, there is an issue with the drum spinning. The Customer Service are giving a massive repair cost which is more then half the cost of what i paid for the machine. Won't recommend buying a panasonic washing machine to any one..

It is simple to use. The machine has all the necessary features like Water Temperature setting, different wash programs and quick wash. It consumes less electricity. Noice level is low. Overall good value for money.

Panasonic did it again. I have been using it since 1 month and it does its work perfectly. This model doest provide option to adjust revolution speed as available in other competitors in the market.

Not buy this product... Defective product they send again and again.. water problem.. dnt buy please guys
