.ac is very good but the installation guy didn't know anything about the product. I m still trying to conect my ac to WiFi and my phone, I learnt about the timer function by myself.... please send ppl who knows about the product

Good A/C but installation person was not good..They didn't consider your openion. They only planning to close and run out.. very worst installation service in madurai.. They asked 1500 for installation..Not worth at all. They not bring white cement.we need to get ,and bring it to them otherwise they didn't close the building A/C dube holes at all.

Cooling was ok ... I ordered the product for my sister from canada coming for her leave . Cooling was ok and she was satisfied.. But the fools who came for the installation was not behaving properly and just placed it wherever he liked and went without checking on and not telling how to control the remote to my old parents. They had to hired one another electrician from the city to know how to use it what are the functions of the remote. The same fool made damage to the TV connected beside....was not at all gentle to the appliance and pulled out the audio video cables and broke it's legs and I had to replace it.... Why do you send such iddiots .....

Onida's ACs and TVs are the best in the industry. Lowest price and excellent performance and cooling. Second AC I am buying. First one is working fine after 7 years.

After using one month.. It is great product in this price range. Genuinely people are just thinking about foreign brads they are not thinking product. Onida is a old Indian brand and they are giving the best brands in the middle class price ranges. Before buying this I was worried about brand and quality but after my experience it is best brand.

Good experience for this product. Cooling is good and looks and air flow is too good, but the installation services is bad for this its installed after 8 day of delivery.
