Wonderful experience with flipkart. ac was delivered in one day. instalation was done on 2nd day. technician work was very good. i never expected this level of service. thanks flipkart.

Product is excellent but Fkipkart and team ruined the experience.....It us recommended do not buy from Flipkart.....they would write buyer safety but reality us different....Customer service is of no use as they would mostly have no information in replacement requests....with replacement request in place if u would like to return the product, Flipkart would clearly deny...write email to customer service and guess what, there will be no replies at all....what u are left with is posting o. social websites but u will be blocked from posting....

I am using this unit in my common room / dining area which is around 325 sq feet which is quite big in comparison to the capacity of this unit. But still i am satisfied with its performance and it is a good trusted product to buy from Carrier. Thanks to the seller too for sending the genuine current year listed product.

Good one and I have contacted carrier support and they arranged the installation..... Installation charge was 500rs, but I gave 1200, so those guys took proper time (almost 3.5 hours and they filled the installation holes with white cement and also tapped the copper pipes properly. Overall happy with the product after 10 days of use and only issue I observed that, not able to identify, whether sleep mode has been enabled or not after pressing the sleep button. (I haven't gone through the manual yet...it may be mentioned somewhere and I am using the offtimer option for 3 hours, so sleep option is not a big issue for me). Overall happy with the product and recommend this product and I placed the odu on the terrace, so the noise level is very less.
