Cooling performance well with in 10-15min for 120sqft room.

The product seems to be great. very nice product, stylish. On time delivery by Flipkart. Order was placed on 13th of May and was delivered on 15th of May. Installation was done by LG service centre technicians by 17th of May. They took an amount of Rs 1,905( including Rs 499 and some other rates of drilling and the shelf brackets. Also with their fees which was not mentioned on the bill provided by LG.) The AC runs well in our old type of house. It takes 25-30 minutes to cool the entire room of 161 sqft. First after opening the Ac will run at it's lowest of 18 degrees. Himalaya Cool is also a good option for faster cooling which must be switched after 5 minutes of running the Ac at 18. The outdoor Unit was too heavy compared to other Acs. It must have had been because of the Dual Inverter compressor. The indoor unit is quiet during operation compared to other ACs. Overall the product is very good. On time delivery by Flipkart. Polite service by LG technicians. A good value for money alternative in the conditions of kolkata instead of Voltas, carrier and all.

LG installation service created havoc. They aren't professionals and overcharge you.They haven't installed properly .The LG customer care isn't taking complaint against their installation personnel saying that no such grievance redressal system exists with LG. Bad customer service from LG (not from my city.The customer care denied taking complaint from me ).Overall YOU CAN SKIP BUYING FROM 'LG' because even if the product is good , what you need is after sales service.

I waited for one month to understand all apsects. All promised features are working and delivery was good (considering the delivery address to be a remote area in at eastern india). Product is good. For new buyers in doubt, let me tell you I was experiencing the same fear whether to trust ecommerce for high value home appliances or not. Also during my time the average rating was below 2 amd only one negative review was there. No positive review. But I recieved a good one and thanks to flipkart for the discount.

Pros: - * Cooling is Great. * Indoor unit is very quiet, outdoor unit fan makes the usual noise. Cons: - * Remote is generic and some features on the remote might not work for you depending on the model. Notes: - * If you have a concrete wall and you need to dig a hole be ready to shell out extra anywhere between 2k to 5k depending on the thickness of the wall. * Installation will be quicker if you directly reach out to LG after product is delivered to you rather than waiting for flipkart to arrange it for you.

overall good A.C , Good cooling and Good support from Flipkart for delivery as well as good installation by the LG. (cost : 36990 as special price and installation done by 1700 including 2 foot cooper pipes)

Service by flipkart is wonderful. They automatically logged instalation request to LG after delivery. Item was in good condition even it was shipped 500KM far from my place. Good Service by Gati Courier Service who deliver this product to me. Thank U. Flipkart N Gati. Item review will be placed latter as it not used that much.

Looks Good (LG)....Over all a good team work by fk n LG. Ac has a good cooling time. Hope it will conserve energy n help in cost reduction. Little noisy but will do. Over all can buy within 37k. But LG installation is a loot. It will cause a big hole in our pockets. So 4 star rating.

The product is ok. The service is pathetic. I had two technician from LG who came to fix the AC. They neither are well trained nor professional. The missed to put the washers and drilled multiples holes and charged around INR 2900. LG is a multinational brand needs to have some decent guys working. irrespective of how good the product is the overall experience become worst.
