After receiving the product, I registered for a Mitashi demo and installation. 24 hours, reasonable time for the Mitashi engineer to visit and install it. SATISFIED I was earlier using LG Fabricare Semi Automatic 6 Kgs Washing machine before which I got exchanged for this product at Rs.1500/-, which is far better exchange price for a 15 year old product. SATISFIED Washing Drum of Mitashi 9.8 Kgs Washing Machine is more or less of the same size as was my old LG Fabricare Semi Automatic Washing machine...Size Small but I made a wise decision by going for 9.8 Kgs instead of 6 or 7.5 as it was before, We are a family of 3...Size SMALL not an issue Washing mode has only Gentle (for blankets) and Normal (for regular clothes) mode. there is no Power Mode...Lack of feature, but washing machine is working fine and does the cleaning job well. Dryer is absolutely fine and less noise. Not Satisfied; The technician is not able to explain the various features like Scrubjet etc. Otherwise the product is working good and recommend it for a family of 3 to 4 members

The semi automatic Mitashi 9.8 kg machine I have purchased is not up to my expectations. The capacity claimed 9.8 kgs is not correct. Secondly while rinsing after wash the water inlet is leaking from the right side wall. The rotation speed is not good enough for brittle dirt removal. No punch wash system has been provided.The buzzer sound is too feeble. Overall I am not satisfied with this purchase. This is my third semi washing machine, the other two are LG's. Please do the needful for my satisfaction.
