Guys there is a great mistake done by Flipkart here... Many phones including HTC 816g, Honor Holly, Lava Iris X5 and the lumia phones are listed under CDMA category... These phones are dual sim and have GSM+WCDMA slots... WCDMA and CDMA are not related to each other NOR WILL YOUR CDMA SIM WORK IN THAT SLOT... WCDMA/UMTS is GSM evolution for 3G connectivity. CDMA is a technology like GSM, except it's connection speeds are slightly better that GSM's GSM and CDMA both have 3G, but in different ways: - GSM's is called WCDMA (for data) and UMTS (for line-up technology) - CDMA's is called CDMA2000 EV-DO, which is only for data. So guys BEWARE... I just wanted to inform everyone before making a wrong buy and the Flipkart people to correct it... thanks BTW 3stars for the phone.. Good one by Lava

Hey guys wanna buy this phone................?? I'm using this....so I am telling u the both d good and bad side of this phone.! *Good: 1. Superb look... Phone is so slim! 2. 8MP primary camera with dual flash captured good quality photos. 3. 5MP secondary camera with single flash is also good. 4. Calling sound quality is fine. 5. Headphone sound,its quality and wire design is very nice. 6. Watching videos in phone was good experience. *Bad: 1.Battery backup is bakwasss.. it drain even phone is idle.. I have to charge my phone twice in a day remember im not a heavy user. 2. Internet works ok ok. 3. Stop gaming suddenly 4.Some time Call history gets empty automatically... then have to rest the phone. 5. Headphone is not 3.5 exactly u cant use other 3.5 jack head phone. 6. Delayed response in calling and when starting games! 7. Touch is ok ok u have to press somthing harder. Hope my review will help you....1

Phone is ok in low end segment but if u r willing to pay couple thousand more buy a better brand. Worked well for 8 months and then battery swelled n problems started. Battery not available and hence look for options where accessories are available.

HihHi Hi friends good evening Here am going to share my opinion about this mobile after using this exactly one year.I purchased this mobile exactly one year before in the shop and during this one year what I felt is that 1.Mobile is having a smart and good looking . 2.Camera of primary and secondary both are excellent. 3.Well supported by 3gconnection And the only drawback of this mobile is battery lagging So guys this is my experience and finally I would like to say that I haven't faced any mobile struck problem . And mobile is safe and comfort .

The 5’’ screen with HD display makes for amazing movie viewing experience. The 5MP front camera with LED flash is epic along with wide angle feature. The 2100mAh battery I’m hoping lasts for a day! Though it is available in Android KitKat it has definitely improved its performance. No need to invest for a flip cover as it is already provided for. All of these features at just Rs. 7999 is seriously something.

its really nice and as well as verry good product. go for it. camare was verry good , audio and video both verry good. best carecter is in this phone was front and back both are auto focus with flash.

    Amazing performance of this Iris x5. I was a bit worried before buying lava but in the end this turned out to be the best decision of my life. This sleek beauty basically has everything. Good processor, OS, RAM and ROM, and cameras toh are ultimate class. Battery is a concern as always but thats manageable. Superb phone.

    I recently bought lava iris x5 and this phone scores amazing marks in all categories. As soon as i took this beauty in my hand i became a fan of its sleek design. It features everything which a smart phone should have in such a less price. The secondary camera of 5 MP is awesome for selfies which is basically why i bought this phone and it doesn’t disappoint at all. The 5 inch display is also gr8 along with all other features. The battery is well just like all other android phones and drains quickly but thats what power banks are for. Right. Great phone in all.
