I have using this product since last 6 months....and the product is simply amazing. When I compare IFB Machines with any other brand...IFB is lot more ahead in all its features. Strongly recommend. Special thanks to Flipkart for prompt delivery.

IFB is best comp for automatic washing machine. Using it for more than 9 yrs, i bought another machine to gift my mother in law for her convenience, but service of flipkart's registered seller is of too low standards, logistic personnel even dont know to how to behave with customers , specially ladies. It is sadning to see this type of services from flipkart. Hopefully flipkart will try to improve on dis part otherwise anothercoml are der for shopping. I will not shop anything from flipkart in future

Do not go just by the looks. It looks classy and neat, but when it comes to washing, it does not clean the collars, the water usage is so less that some part of clothes are not even wet. Overall it's unsatisfactory.. :(

Asusual flipkart delivery was excellent and best price one can get thanks Flipkart. Coming to this washing machine, it is compact, silent and does its intended job nicely. I feel this is one of the good machines in its segment and one can buy with out any hesitation.

When I found attractive exchange discount for old machine and special offer by Flipkat & credit card bank I exchanged the old m/c with this new Elena SX 1000 (final rate with discount of 30% on current MRP) *CUTE m/c with metallic silver colour * NO complicated operation * NOT noisy * LESS washing time (from 40 mts to 90 mts - wash programs). As usual Flipkart service was excellent. As requested, Flipkart promptly delivered the IFB wachine machine exchanging my old Top load washing machine. I will give 5 stars to flipkart. My house is in first floor and washing machine was delivered without any extra tips by flipkart delivery team.(Happy) If i had ordered in retail shops, delivery people would have asked for tips for bringing it upstairs. Once again kudos to Flipkart. IFB Service (3 star ) - Once the product was delivered by flipkart, IFB scheduled for demo & installation. As usual the demo guy was pitching sale with his products. I was not interested in any of his products, but yet i bought IFB stand with wheels. I could have bought it in half the price in market but i felt i should support sales guys as getting a job in this country is very difficult and i dont want to demotivate a young employee. Product - IFB Elena Aqua SX 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine Pros: Wash quality was excellent than my old front loading washing machine. Dirt in Collars are removed which was not able to in front loading machine. Easy to operate Cons : Its 2015 now, but this washing machine does not have wheels. wheels should be mandatory to all washing machines as people tend to move it often within the house. Machine body is delicate as if we are using it as a showcase.Washing machine should be tough enough to handle regular use.

it really washes in a very best way. dont hesitate to buy it as it dont have lcd display. think about washing quality. lcd display features are neatly replaced with led lights for various options. you may think that it has very less washing programs on the dial. but it gives you many programs with combination of different buttons on the instrumentation panel. they actually arranged it in a very tidy manner. cons : pre wash, pre soak, rinse hold, extra rinse features are missing. but no problem. they really dont make much sense.

I wish I had taken 7 kg. A bit small per say for 4 member family. But still I liked it better than any of my earlier top load machines. Cleans cloths very good. IFB liquid detergent is best. And I faced no issues even in low pressure of water, I used home attached water tank and it worked! Only small issue is, it shakes heavy when put on high spin. But, I didn't face any issue with it. Service from local vendor is also good and supportive. I would recommend IFB washing machine.

Have been attached with the IFB Washing machines for more than 15 years now. The product works well except seems to be a delicate one to handle. The installation team of the IFB handled with the demo part in a well manner except lack of coordination between demo team and online sales team for the additional accessories.

Purchased the machine recently, product got delivered before the estimated date in good condition however the IFB guy took some time to really visit the site and installation. Machine's clean quality is pretty good. Overall its a 'go for it' product. Need to get familiar with the machine and it various modes.
