Excellent delivery by flipkart within 18 hour in new delhi..Product is excellent silent and efficient it uses 3 to 5 units electricity every day i suggest you set your temperature 26c and use the ceiling fan for efficient usage...Outdoor unit is compact and very silent...Air filter are very good...I am happy and satisfied.....Note this is a 1 ton AC check your room size before ordering AC

Packaging is nice and safe even there is no scratches on boxes also, i really impressed with packing. Coming to Product design & quality is nice and it's working good and easy to operate remote functions. I am not happy with installation, i paid total 3900 for installation, for every one they charged installation fee 500, if you buy any extra accessoires you need to pay, i will tell about my experience, i purchased outdoor unit stand it costs 850, for rural areas they will charge traveling fee i.e 500, in the box company will provide 3 meters copper wire this is the major problem atleast they will provide 5 meters means good, 3 meters is not sufficient to everyone, 1 meter copper wire costs 900, i taken 2 meters extra i.e. 1800 and drainage pipe, bolts, insulation tape, white paint costs around 250. Finally my bedroom looks ugly full of wires. In my town i contact one technician he suggests one method to keep that wires in one bar, finally it's looks good. This guy is charged 600. very bad experience with installation i spend lot of money for installation. Be aware with installation

Very poor for cooling... May be faulty. Engineer says its Ok. Not satisfied at all. Comment is made as per my existing other brand AC.

Not worth it. Overpriced with no actual cooling. Technically it had higher cooling capacity but doesn't work well. I have Hitachi in another room, same place, same tonnage, same everything except it was cheaper than lg but it works much much better. Disappointing LG!

It's been only one since product got installed.... AC is good so far. However would like to say something about service provided for installation. it's really trouble for customer to connect to technician, if in case you haven't received single call from concerned technician. Flipkart needs to seriously think and revisit the process and present some fall back Mechanism to support customers for whom it's really urgent to get product installed. I would rate Flipkart process, service and support staff in negative number for providing support in such case. in my case finally i had to escalate this case to LG (at least they have provided a platform to escalate) and they have addressed it. 0 support from Flipkart.
