I recently purchased "IFB 8 kg Fully Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine" from flipkart after doing lot of research on various washing machines. Finally zeroed in on IFB 8 Kg. Overall purchase experience was seamless as it didn't take more than two minutes to place my order. But after placing the Order I had to call multiple times to check the status of my Order as the product was not delivered on promised date. flipkart team fixed that issue quickly. After the product was delivered it took four days for IFB guys to come and complete the demo and installation. Again had to depend on fllipkart team to resolve this issue. I must say, flipkart team did their best to make sure installation was done at the earliest. It would be best if sellers like IFB dealers take care of such things to avoid frustration. If you are looking for stand, machine cover and liquid detergent, inform IFB guys so that you get all this when they come for installation. Keep around INR 2500/- ready for these extra accessories :) So far I'm very happy with wash quality, robustness and various options to wash different type of clothes.It can wash entire laundry including lengthy window curtains, blankets...this will save you from getting this work done from external dry cleaners. Only thing I did not like much about this machine is the noise while rinsing. By looking at all other features this machine offers, this can be very negligible concern :)

Nice product!!!!! Waited a long for this product ....first delivery was damaged have to order again got a new product again but guys I must tell you this is one of the best washing machines I have seen I waited and searched for almost 15 days on net and various sites and decided to go for this product.we as a family liked this washing machine very much .I am writing this review coz m truly I'm in love with IFB senator aqua 8kg.loved it ...guys if u palnning to buy one don't go here and there straight away login to flipkart and buy this product.a four star coz the demo got delayed.

This is so far the best washing machine that I have used. I used to have a LG (semi-automatic) which had it's plus points, but all my formal shirts used to get crushed inside it really bad. So I choose to go for a front loading one. Choices were LG, Bosch and this one in leading brands. Finally after lot of considerations, decided to go for this one. The washing quality is really good even with solid hard water in my area. Ensure to use front loading washing powder with this one, other washing powders may damage the drum. Overall quite happy so far. Thanks for reading.

Just I have used one day, with one day usage I satisfied, but only thing is , when it is running in rinse time it is getting vibration, it may be with stand or some other, I didn't check,I will check it later

Flipkart delivery is simply super, and also IFB demo is very super and the machine works too awesome.I highly recommend to buy this super duper washing machine.they even provided the machine stand which is too good and the prices are good for them

Washing machine getting more vibrations. I complained 6 to 7 times but unskilled servicemen came to check machine and not able to solve problem. While drying the clothes WM moving one side. In my observations i knew that the rotating drum getting vibrations and pushing the front door at one side, so that WM moving one side. Finally One service man recognises the problem after my explanation then he suggested me to change dampers. But still he didn't come with dampers. Service is good but service mens are unprofessionals, even they don't know ABCD in their WM. Due to this finally customers are suffering. Quality checking also very poor in IFB company. Without any inspection how can you paste sticker on WM like QC TESTED. If u checked thoroughly then why i got problem in new machine. So overall my rating is 2 star to IFB. Please solve my problem ASAP.

Great machine, working like a charm, low notice compared to other front loading machine, delivery by flipkart at ranchi was faster than expected by the seller, IFB installation and demo was excellent, thank you
