Fast and safe delivery by flipkart as usual 5/5 don't wait for flipkart to initiate installation. when delivered, just call micromax customer care and they will do the rest .. Micromax service was superb . installed it the very next day. Now talking about the product. just installed by service guy TV quite looks big and slim Picture quality is average, don't expect too much Colour production is not that much good sound is not that much impressive played Full Hd videos and it plays fine But considering the price Range, this is a very good deal

Apart from the fact that installation of the product took more than a week in a city like bangalore the TV is not worth a buy. I received the TV and found out that there was a problem with the speaker. The installation guy confirmed the problem. I requested for a replacement. For a week i got messages from flipkart saying that a technician would come to inspect and if he confirms the return request would be accepted. The technician did not turn up for a week. Then flipkart took the TV back as the technician had not come till the final promised date also. In 2-3 days i received the replacement TV. Then waited again for the installation for a week. Finally when the installation for replacaent TV was done I found out this one too had a problem with the speakers. Very irritating. Almost a month from the first order for TV. I wonder if there is proper check of the products before shipping. Now again I would have to go through the painful return process. Used flipkart to save time that would have been spent in physical stores but this turned out to be worse.

This product is owsm and picture quality is also a good and sound quality is also a good and it not suppor usb with my phone means phone is not connect with usb cable it only support pendrive card reader... This is disappointing pt. Of this product...

Its the right product if you wanna be Naughty@40 ;) Crazy 40" display, refresh rate just apt for PS4, good sound output as well.
