I purchased this laptop around 1 week back and it was delivered as promised with the right package. It does not come with a OS or driver CD so initially few days went in setting up the laptop identifying the right drivers etc. The laptop performance is quite OK. However, after about 2 days of operation there is a heating problem noticed. The right side of the display becomes unusually hot to the extent that it cannot be touched. I am hoping this is a defective piece and nothing to do with this series - 15-r249TU. Also the laptop build quality is not great. It has a plasticy look and the notification LEDs are towards the side not sure why it was designed like this. The keyboard also has small buttons and feels flimsy. I own a Samsung laptop and build quality is quite good. Was not expecting this from HP. I have raised a return request considering the 30 day return policy from WS Retail. Let see how they respond. Overall not very satisfied with this laptop.

Got this within 4 days of order. It has i3 4th generation intel processor. RAM 4GB DDR3 1600 Mhz. 1 TB HDD and 15.6 inch LED Bright crisp display. I have installed windows 8.1. Running like fluid. Boots so fast only 3s though fast boot is disabled. Driver CD was not provided with this package. I have downloaded it from HP websites. Drivers are of large size.Total 11 drivers found .Almost 1 GB you have to download. Overall very good Laptop at 25k price range. Worth for money. I am totally satisfied with the product.Also thanks to flipkart for fast delivery. Highly Recommended for Home and offfice Use.

I got this Laptop at a Price of Rs 26990/-.Initially i faced some problems with the dynamic drive as i had to convert the drive to Basic Disk through Partition master.Then i installed a fresh copy of Win 8.1 pro,most of the drivers installed by itself.The rest of the drivers updated/installed through Win Update.There is also an individual driver for Wifi key button you have to download it.So finally my Drivers are successfully installed.Those who are upset with Network Controller driver try to update your driver through Win Update.I would urge everyone to install win 8.1 to make your system Faster.I found this Laptop has excellent features with elegant design.Only 64 bit Architecture for win 7 & win 8.1 supported by HP.If you have any trouble then try Customer support they will assist.Overall it is a nice one from HP for daily use.

I have got this from flipkart just Rs.25000/- with free bag. Thanks for flipkart to sell this product from HP. In this Laptop performance is very high and 1TB disk space with 4gb RAM with desktop keyboard and HD front camara. This is awsome to get all i am recommended for this product to all who have interest to buy a laptop.

I ordered this laptop on 15 July 2015 and received it on 19 July 2015. Packing was very nice!! thanks flipkart :) I have installed Windows 8.1 since for this laptop HP drivers supports these two OS(Windows 7 and Windows 8.1). I have got this laptop for 25640. I registered this product in HP Website and got 10 months warranty - product has been registered on 15th may 2015 :( I got all the drivers in HP official site (no need to worry) Laptop power card is lil bit delicate. otherwise it's a good product!! I am giving 3 start for product configuration and not flipkart for providing 10 months warranty!! Go for it, if you really need it..

I bought this laptop last month and works good!. Quick delivery as usual by Flipkart. Immediate response from HP customer care and helped me to download drivers. Good performance and nice looking (royal :D) I would recommend this product to my friends!. The only disadvantage is - No VGA port in place. Need to buy a HDMI to VGA converter to connect monitor.

good product. soft touch keys. number pad for ease of typing. only issue is the touch pad.its very hard and tiresome to work on the touch pad. its great if u will use a mouse.

good laptop at this price range it boots very fast but after using it for 2-3 days i found that firstly it used to take a less time to boot from login screen to the screen when the password is entered.after i enter password it takes a lot time to log in and it also takes a lot time when we right click to open the menu to refresh ..... can anyone help me regarding the speed of my laptop please tell me i am in need of your help... thank you
