Delivery was on time. TV is good. The apps are pretty responsive. Decent audio quality compared to other TV's in the same segment, even external speakers volume can be controlled. Connects quickly to internet. Screen uniformity is very good which means it is uni formally lit. Very sleek design. May cost a bit more but Worth buying.

I am very happy with the Sony TV and delivery excellence by Flipkart. The TV works extremely well and Flipkart were very prompt in delivery (I got it in 12 hours) and ensuring the Sony guys came over and installed.

Excellent picture quality!!! Good audio, loud and crisp. As SONY says, colors are really vivid without any doubt. I have expertise in image processing, hence I would, image processing experts may find slight saturation of colors and I am pretty sure that home user will not notice that. Content from HD channels or 720p movies is a treat for eyes. I have paired it with TataSky HD+, PS3 and RaspberryPi and this TV performed very well with all of them. Wifi, USB, mobile screen cast all worked just like that. TV firmware got updated as soon as connected to Wifi (internet). Loading content from external Hard disk is bit slow. I guess thumbnail generation taking too much time. For me that's not a bothering item. Brought this under 60k which I think a stellar deal for this box. Ordered on Saturday midnight, TV arrived on Monday afternoon, Sony engineer installed it on Tuesday afternoon. I haven't made any service request to Sony, everything taken care by Flipkart. *** That's a great job done by Flipkart, I am delighted ***

I bought sony bravia smart tv 32 inch on flipcart 4 months ago. The tv was superb. Last week it was stolen. Have they any insurance sort of thing.

Over priced

I’m a Flipkart customer frm 2010. Very bad experience fr the 1st time. I’ve purchased 100+products with flipkart frm year 2010. Our family &I are planning to own LED TV from a very long time. I’m a fan of flipkart and made my family to wait for 10 months for Bigbillion day& suggested my circle same(there was no urgent & it is was a very expensive product for us), so that I can get at good price. At last Billion day has come, I ordered it immediately as it flashed on my App at 12:05AM appox, just having faith on Flipkart on his price as usually. I got delivery TV with in 5 days. For installation I have to wait for another week. After installation everything runs fine. I found a mark on the TV Screen. The Sony technician said its a just mark you can clean it later. We thought to request for replacement but the replacement guaranty from flipkart is only 10 days. It date was near.So we dropped the idea and continued using new TV. Later the bad days has comes after 6 months, there is a black dot has appeared on the screen where the dust mark is there. We switch offed the tv and tried to remove the mark rubbed with cloth to with minute pressure considering the sensitive. Later on the black dot appearing big when we switch ON the tv and also seen horizontal and vertical lines. Then I raised a complaint to the sony. The sony technician after inspecting he reveled that the while transporting your tv may got damaged.It was been pressed. While cleaning we rubbed with minute pressure to remove the mark then it expands. Today the complete display has failed. Tv is under warranty but the technician is no idea that we can claim the warranty. Looking for support from flipkart or I had to raise complaint in consumer court if they can't help me on this. Request to please resolve my problem

I purchased Sony W900B TV worth of 132000, got it in discount. The product is having manufacturing defect , camera is not working from Day one, No proper resolution till date , executive from Sony came but replace part yet , reliance digiatl executive (Shiva kanishetty) says the part has to come from outside India. All Sony related parts are manufactured in India itself , still the say the part has to come from outside , very frustrating experiene at Reliance Digital ,If the problem is not solved , I will make sure that no one from my friend circle or family will buy anything from Reliance Digital ever.
