This is a good TV in picture and sound wise... It was arrived to us after the second day we ordered in flipkart.. Everything went smooth till here.. We called the LG helpdesk to install the TV, LG call center guy told us that they won't support this if we buy LG product at online.. But he provided some reference no still for installation. Next day LG person came with a Mall mount and he asked Rs.870 for fixing the TV(Service+walmount).. We argued him, but he said that he can't provide the WALLMOUNT if we purchase the LG products in online... Be aware of some terms&conditions of LG when we purchase their products... I hate to buy LG products...

guys, i ordered this TV model on christmas eve for my parents in an exchange offer for my old colour TV. I got the delivery from FK next day morning at around 10:00. Now this is super fast by FK. I then called up the LG customer care no. and informed them about the installation of my new TV. They sent in the person by 3:00 the same day and they installed it in half an hour..that again is fast. Thanks LG for the fast response. Now for the TV review.. It is just awesome for the price i got it in Rs.9700/-. -TV Clarity is superb. -Sound is good. -The wall mount unit is neat. -USB drive is on the side, a bit difficult t access in a wall mount position, but not an issue... -Wide range of movie / pic formats can be played thru ur USB drive.

Product packaging and shipment was great, no problems from FK's side. Very prompt indeed. Price: Lower than brick and mortar stores but not the lowest amongst online stores. Product installation- it was a responsibility of LG and was done within promised time (24hrs). Picture quality: Nice. IPS panel, so no complain on that front. Colours are reach and vibrant with adequate clarity and sharpness. Though the viewing angle is not great. From sides, the picture appears little muddy/ murky. Audio quality: Fine, no problem at all. Please mount on a wall to get good sound. External sources: Easily plays AVI, MKV, MP4 and other common AV formats from USB drive. Though navigation to USB is not very intuitive. Menu: Could have been more intuitive and user friendly. Please note: you can not use it as a Computer Monitor even though FK's technical assitant assured me over phone that it could be.

Hi, I am writing this review after using 2 weeks, First thanks a lot to Flipkart to deliver this product next day of order (Order 02:00 PM got delivery next day 12:30 PM), Demo and installation was done next day of delivery on given time, engineer visited to my place(Bangalore) and did wall mounting with 7 angle flip which makes easy to rotate your TV in direction you want and plugging pen drive / HDMI cables. I brought this television after doing many analysis in store compare to Samsung and Sony in same segment. Market price of this product is 15400 in Bangalore and compare to same range Samsung and Sony, I must say this product is winner. LG > Sony > Samsung. Picture quality of this product is excellent and able to play all types of video files, easily supporting my 1 TB Transcend hard disk. Sound quality is good in this segment. I am using external speaker while watching movie through pen drive or Tata Sky audio output is excellent. This product is excellent for 10X12 hall there is no any viewing angle problem you can watch from any angle. Must recommended if you are looking for 24 inch television. Thanks, Manish

I bought this TV for very less price. It is worth for money. Be clear on onething. The prodcut description says, the installation would be free of cost. But when I contacted LG for installation they told me that if I buy online the installation and the walmount will not be free of cost. Then I contacted flipkart and they arranged for free of cost (wtill with LG) only. Thanks Flipkart. Its working good till now.

Highly satisfied with the TV. Pros. 1. Viewing angles are good. 2. Sound quality is also good. I am using TATA Sky connection with this and I volume bar upto 25 (for tv, rest I manage using tata sky remote) is sufficient for me. 3. Its video presets are pretty good. 4. I can connect my 1TB hard disk with it and watch movies occasionally. Cons. 1. Not an HD tv. So, people looking for an HD tv, go for higher range.

Very good product.. I brought this for 10700/-... Timely delivery & Good Quality product from LG. It plays almost all the formats of video, very few format it doesnt play. Sound quality is far good for this price. Pic quality is awesome.
