The machine works great! I have been using it for over a month now. The delivery and exchange went easy. The installation was also on the same day by a verified IFB technician. Pros: Fits in small space. 5 star energy saving model. Can be used as semi-auto matic machine if needed. (Front loads cant be used like that). Value for money. Got it for 23k Cons: Consume lots of water. Way more than a front load. Cuts the electric supply if voltage have some variations. It is suggested to have a stabilizer installed separately.

No inbuilt heater, it requires hit water supply. Rest all is ok and worth value for money.

capacity is good. all functions operate well. awesome machine. remember one thing while ordering it is it's size that's v large n could not enter my wash room so had to fix it outside.
