First i got product which has issue but flipkart replaced that with another laptop. Which is good also flipkart delivery is very good.

Review for the logistics - Delhivery The package was torned and was clearly seen that heavy baggages were kept on top. I would call it as mistake from Flipkarts end as it was not mentioned no where to handle with Care. look at the images is it some clothes or something ? look at the stupid bubble wrapping. Laptop is working as of now. Disappointing experience.

This is the best thing you can get in this price range. It's smart looking and does the job perfectly. Sound quality, display quality, speed everything is great. And it comes with Ubuntu Linux which is not that bad, install windos 10 and it'll be the best purchase u r going to make.

Writing this review after using for one week. I would say it is a good buy regarding this price point and the brand name of Dell. First of all Regarding the packaging and delivery: Packaging box was damaged from all sides but laptop box was in bubble wrap. so don't worry about the packaging and delivery. Now come to laptop itself and I would divide my personal views in two categories- Pros and Cons: Pros: 1. Very Good build quality although it is bit on heavier side but for college student it is good. 2. It comes with I5 7th Gen processor and performance wise no complaints. It comes with Ubuntu but I straight away installed Windows 10 pro after the delivery and It is running smoothly. 3. Full Hd display is very crisp and vibrant and best for consuming media. 4. It has all the ports like USB HDMi and 3.5 audio jack. Cons- 1. It does't have any external graphics card. so if you are looking for gaming den this is not for you. You will get only integrated Intel HD graphics card. 2. Battery backup is not good as I expected and also it doesn't support fast charging. 3. It is bit heavy and if you are regular traveller den this is not for you. 4. Sound is not so loud and also speakers are at the bottom so you need to keep your laptop on harder surface if you want to get clear sound. 5. No backlit keyboard 6. They should have provided more LED alert light. You will get only 2 LED notification light One for charging and one on the caps lock key. So this is my honest opinion and If you want a Laptop for your daily use and for casual gaming den this will be a very good buy.

Laptop works perfectly. Before purchasing the laptop I checked the reviews which said the DVD drive is not working or the head phone socket is not working. It's absolutely rubbish as both of these work flawlessly. I installed Windows 10 immediately after getting laptop with all the latest drivers from Dell. Next , I updated windows and every thing worked well. Pros :- This product is 8 GB i5 7th gen laptop with up to 3.10 GHz speed processor from Intel. which works super smooth. The hard disk is from Toshiba which has rapid storage technology. This laptop has slim profile with HDMI , USB and Full as card slot. The webcam has inbuilt light. Spacious full-size keyboard. The charging light goes off after the charge is full. Cons.: No separate indicator for CPU usage or other indicators. No backlit keyboard. Internal Battery which difficult to replace by self. Please note that this product comes with carry-on warranty not on site warranty which means you will have to take it to the service center by yourself if you have any issues with the laptop. Over all this laptop is superb deal at this price point.
