Good product but body is not good as compared with other companies washing machines like Videocon,LG ,SAMSUNG and what I like in this product is shocking technology, which save electricity bill too.

Just go for it...... amazing product at this price range.... And flipkart service is awesome....but Ekart delivery man came at 9:30 pm & behave like my boss ...... otherwise I'll give 5 star.

Machin was working good till 8 months but after that it was started showing problems this is OK as any Machine can be make certain issues but the worst part is just for a Motor was not working properly the service centre took almost one month by just saying that "part is not available" and compliant is yet not closed.! I had registered my complaint on 21st August 2017 and today is 18th September, 2017. Machine is under warranty but service team & customer service centres are providing fake as well as wrong information to me. I had called more than 8 time every time the communication time is atleast 15 mints & more.They are denying me if i ask for technician's s number because sr. executive of services team had committed that technician will come definitely on 16th September, 2017 (Saturday). Even though doing all this procedure wise still no any visit of technician came to my home. Machine is just standby at home. Worst experience i ever had.! "Don't Buy".! Very poor services!!
