2 tn 4star inverter 2018-2019 model: CMO424HCEA Cooling is good and quick. It takes time for ac to shutdown, I guess that is cause of some dry coil technology. Remote range is not good. It is 2 way swing and not 4 way. Noise level is much better than my old bluestar from 2015 but not as good as mitsubishi heavy from 2019. No display on indoor unite. Indoor unite is silent until you increase fan speed to high which is okay. Outdoor unit does have okaish noise but much better than the bluestar ac I had. Overall good!

AC not cooling proper and installed is poor gas leakage in every 6 months

If you are thinking to purchase an air conditioner with budget 50k approx then hitachi is best. I think it is best after mitsibushi. Best thing is Instant cooling and its service. Company gave me gas refill facility even after the warrenty period.

Writing a review after more than 1 year of use. To start with, completely satisfied with the cooling. I have another 2 ton LG in the same room..But the cooling of hitachi ia miles ahead. Only con is that it doesn't have a display in the panel so you are not always sure which temp is set in. The only dislay you have is in the remote. But the display in the remote can be changed even if you are away from the ac. So you have to be double sure of the temp set. Less functionalities but superb performance.

The cooling is pathetic pathetic pathetic . The room only able to cool 12 * 12 feet room which is less than 150 sq feet ... please don’t waste your hard earned money on this ac . Instead of buying this AC your can buy 2 extra pedestrian fan. I am using a blue star 2 ton AC too so I can match the cooling of hitachi with blue star 2 ton ac . And I must say that BLUE STAR is the winner . Hope my review help you all ....
