After upgrading it to Android 6.0.1 its running very smoothly without any lag Ram management have improved Battery backup is also good now but not the best On normal use easily last for entire day THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK OF THIS PHONE IS IT DOES NOT SUPPORT voLTE AND THE DEVELOPER ARE SLEEPING WITH FINGERS IN THEIR AS.S . Even the low budget phones like micromax, lava and karbon support voLTE . Many brand have already rolled out this feature but ASUS is silent on this. My brother bought a intex phone at 3999 and that support voLTE and my 17999 ASUS ZENFONE SELFIE DOEST NOT support. He is making fun of my Asus phone like anything. I am planning to sell this crap ASUS phone now and in near future will not buy any phone of this brand who are not dedicated to give after sale support.

Being a fan of apple product (from iphone 2G, 3GS,4S, ipad2, ipad mini2), it wasn’t an easy decision to switch from iphone. Originally I was looking for Zen 2 (64 GB model), but this selfie model impressed me and finally decided to purchase and pre-ordered on 19-Aug-2015. Received the phone ahead of schedule (thanks to Flipkart) on 16-Sep-2015. First impression – “very sexy appearance, easy to hold, not as heavy as expected”. Being a new user of android, it took little more time for me to get accustom to this phone. It is really very fast from of installation of apps and usage. I still need to explore many of the phone options. No regret to shift from Iphone. Being 5.5” screen size I was afraid whether will it be easy to operate with one hand, but it is very convenient and I could use without much difficulty. The audio and video quality is very good. I bought Aqua blue and it is really very nice. Performance: 5 star Look: 5 star The only problem, I faced was in Bluetooth connection. It was not paring easily with the headset devices. Initially the phone did not detect any of the Bluetooth devices including the nearby phones. Just wondering how to fix this issue. Finally on its own it started detecting all devices and now paired with my Bluetooth audio system. Thank God. The low light photos are not so good as described in the specification, otherwise the normal photos are super, including selfie. I love the clarity of the selfie.

I bought a new phone almost after 2 years. I was very confused about which android phone to buy as I was going to use android for the first time (earlier a windows user). After lots of discussions with my friends and searching various sites and mobile I finally took my call to go for Asus Zenfone Selfie. Though the name looks lil funny but the phone is not. Its my first salary product and I am very happy with my decision. pros- 1. Excellent display. 2. Fast performnace. 3. amazing front camera. 4. Sleek and stylish design. 5. Battery backup is good not excellent. 6. Touch is superb. Cons- 1. I found the rear camera not that great. lenevo k3 has much better rear camera.(dissappointed). 2. loudspeaker is ok ok. I would recommend this phone to those who are searching mobile under 20k.

Beautiful phone with great ZenUI to support ease of managing lifestyle. Screen display as well as touch is superb. Have been using phone from last 24 hrs and couldn't notice any lag even with 20-25 applications running together. Battery life as well as quick charging option is awesome

I received my order today, the packaging was good and neat. phone was pre-charged with 42% of battery. The rituals (all the syncing and settings) took a bit of my time but helped me to build my excitement. Zen UI is smooth but confusing at the same time maybe cause i was using windows previously. it has loads of bloatware but still you get 1.5 GB of free ram out of 2.7 available. The bloatware can be disabled and uninstalled (only some apps). it hardly lags even when multi-tasking. also the call quality is clear, you can feel some warmth after 5 mins of conversation. lets see how it heats up after half-an-hour of conversation. Pros 1. Good camera. if you want a mobile which has a good camera get this. 2. Doesn't lag. thanks to 3 gigs of ram. 3. The display. its full HD. duh. 4. Ergonomics. i found the placement of volume rockers comfortable. Cons 1. HDR and macro mode in camera take a while to process. 2. The oleo-phobic coating doesn't seem to be that effective, also the back cover is a dust magnet. 3. Heats up a bit. maybe this is normal for an octa core (SD 615) which is infamous for being heated up by little usage. This review is based on 1 hour of usage. I will test the phone further check the frame rates and the scores and get back to you guys.
