Product is real good. Competitive pricing and great product.Washing and spin both are working well . This is a good product from BPL venturing for the first time in e -retail. After 5 years of continuous usage, washing machine is still performing well. Bpl needs to work on better quality of plastic panel, rest is all gd. Way to go for an Indian company.

i bought the product from flipkart on august 7th and the delivery was done on 9th aug. i was out of town and couldnt check then and later when tried to use the water was leaking from the wash drum. there was no way the machine can be used. so have raised a replacement request and promised the replacement will be given by 18th august. when asked for the update now they are saying it will be resolved by 23rd aug which is not at all acceptable. The BPL has put flipkart as official seller and the service being offered here is really bad!!
