False advertisement. Contacted DELL and they clearly specify this product with Ubuntu OS and No pre-loaded MS Office since they originally had not shipped Windows 10. Flipkart vendor has installed Windows 10 on their own (not sure if it comes with proper license), and no MS Office 2016 as promised. They also tried shipping a 2.GHz processor laptop which i found and returned promptly post which, they shipped a 2.3 GHz processor, but still without MS office. The original product with Ubuntu OS in DELL, is way cheaper than this fabricated piece of product.

I have received my laptop on 24/5/17, without preloaded office. On flipkart clock speed mentioned 2.3 GHz but system showing 2.0 GHz

Very cheap service by Flipkart. Product is not upto the mark too. I requested for a replacement as battery backup is very poor and also some of the keys are not working properly. After my request I started to get messages by the seller and Flipkart that a guy is trying to call you and pickup the product but all these messages are fake and fabricated. No one ever called me or came to my place. When I contacted Flipkart customer care, I received a very negative response from Flipkart that seller has cancelled the replacement requested. Feeling cheated. Shame to Flipkart.

the laptop is not having windows it's only said I had buyed that and now I am facing lots of problem I had talked to filpkart also but till now no action had taken .so be careful before buying
