Very much disappointing....I got it on 26 September and after expiry of replacement time it is misfunctioning a lot. As I start to do anything, screen just goes off and mouse pointer appears on black screen only. Laptop worked well for 8-9 days only...now what should I do...anyone please help and suggest me. To invest this amount was a big amount for me...but now facing such problem is totally disappointing on first experience of buying anything like this through internet marketing. I request to Flipkart and Lenovo....please help me to solve my problem...I'll definitely change retings and be grateful to you. Thank you.

The product quality is satisfactory. Stylish but easily catches fingerprint blemishes on the mat finish. Entirely of plastic with two tone finish. Unlike given in the description, the ram is ddr3. At least it is 4gb. If you are planning to use Linux on it, trust me you will have to tamper with Linux kernels to get its trackpad work. Display viewing angles are really poor. One of the two usbs are usb3. Speaker is load but hollow. Laptop is lightweight but feels cheap in hand. I have not tried webcam. But internet is very fast. Amd e2-9000 is a fast processor. I entered boot menu by pressing f1 and f2 keys repeatedly after booting up. No fn key is required.

Dont not buy this product . The processor AMD has know issue but they are still selling it and also driver for the touch pad it took harddisk replacement and visit to the service center to work.. It keeps rebooting itself on win 10 ..other wise look and feel is good and for the money build quality is good . Lessin learnt AMD processor are not for regular user .. always buy Intel chip laptops !!

Overall good laptop at this price, bought for INR 19,000. Initially had a problm with touchpad because this laptop does come without any OS and no CDs provided for drivers etc. It should be all downloaded manually from the official website of Lenovo. Perfect match with win10 and no other. This is 2 months i've been using this laptop and working well with no hanging problm but TDR error occurs every single time i view images because of its low graphics driver. I hope i'll soon find a solution to this. Thanks lenovo i happy with your product at this range.

Guys go to lenovo service center and they give you lenovo customer care nO. and tell you that how to install windows and drivers or pllz install windows 10 pro it's better then windows 10 best of luck

Not a bad budget laptop. I wouldn't call it the best of specs but its as good as u get for that price. Nicely built and user friendly laptop. Supports the latest windows 10 OS. For those who aren't able to get the touchpad working, you need to run windows update to update all your drivers for it to work.

The laptop is cool overall but they don't give you windows pre installed...I had been running for 3 months for getting a right software in it.. They only give uh two USB ports on the left side no usb port on right side.... No DVD player given..... It's good for really homely use and travel use but not not good for professional work :(
