Delivery was on time. Nice picture & sound quality. looks like 4k when connected to HD set top box. It came with wall mount, the installation on the wall was completed next day after delivery by Panasonic engineer without charges. Got it for 37600 in Big 10 sale so for me its value for money. Very good product just go for it. You won't regret buying it. In-short, this is a excellent TV if you are looking for 50" Full HD non-smart TV.

This review is after 10 days of Viewing . Reason for Choosing this product 1. My 5 year Old SONY BRAVIA 40 LED had display issues and SONY quoted 22k for panel replacement. 2. Not ready to spend too much money on LG/Samsung/SONY again , 3. Clearly i didnt want a smart tv as I have plans to by a Fire stick or Chromcast. 4. Didnt want an UHD tv as well as the UHD content is still not readily available out there. 5. But buying a new TV , there has to be a some upgrade from old 40inch tv. So opted for Panasonic 50 inch About the New TV Pros 1. Definitely the pricing. 50inch tv for 41k is a steal deal. Though Vu costs less , But flipkart is not delivering Vu to Chennai. 2. Airtel HD Channels - Display is not as crystal clear as SONY but still nothing to complain here 3. Sound quality is okayish. 4. 2 HDMI & 2 USB ports - Adequate enough for my Home theater and Airtel STB. Cons: 1. NO OPTICAL OUT - Cant connect to my home theater for 5.1 out put. This is a huge let down to me. 2. SD channels are of very low quality. Considering the screen size, i can let this go. 3. No extended warranty provided by panasonic. 4. Remote is of low quality. 5. Had trouble streaming 1080p content when connected to through USB. As I have a home theater / bluray player, I can let this go. Flipkart delivered as promised. But the order status is not updated as "Delivered" till next day. I had to call them up to update as the installation by panasonic can get delayed because of this. But the whole process from ordering to installation took 4 days. Good enough.

I have purchased it from flipkart and got it installed and taken demo on the day of delivery. Surprising service from Panasonic. Made it smarter by Google chromecast. Friends I don't know about measurable parameter of the picture quality, but it changed the ambience of my drawing room. If you give better input, it will give you best output. I have tested with downloaded files from youtube and online movies from hotstar, gives cristal clear picture. Sound quality is as expected from LED panel. Surround is good. Price, in which I got this really a jacpot from flipkart. I am using it for last 10 days and I found no cons in it. I will keep on updating for longer time use.

After researching online and manually wandering from shop to shop for almost 15 days i end up buying this television from flipkart. In this is budget range i guarantee it is the best television available in market and only flipkart sells it on this price. Sound and Picture quality is amazing, just dont go for any local brand as they sell 4k and smart tv around this price range all u need to do is pair this tv with fire tv stick and it does wonders HD quality is amazing. Completely satisfied with purchase.

I am writing review after 3 months of usage . I got it in 9 months no cost emi for 40435 k which was quite affordable to own this big 149 cm hd led tv. It's a two star rated for power saving but good backup in inverter. 2 hdmi ports are enough for normal hd set top box and a DVD player. Picture quality is great with hd channels. Sound is clear . Service provided for wall mounting by Videocon was quick. So far it has been a great experience for me and I didn't notice any problem till date.

Good product with nice screen and speakers. Goes well with large living room and HD setup box. Hats off to flipkart for arranging installation with in 2hours of delivery. I will update review if required later

Excellent product delivered on time, picture quality sound quality everything great. I was thinking to buy LG or Samsung then after thinking about them carefully decided no need to spend alot of money when Panasonic offering same size of lcd very reasonable price. It's good product. Me and my family very happy with this.

Have been using it for 3 weeks.. when comparing with my VU 40" LED TV, this one is a step ahead in terms of sound (better bass) and a bit picture sharpness; picture quality is almost same. This Panasonic one has strong colors and more picture tweaking settings. Viewing angle is fine. I'm viewing the TV the same distance I used to view my VU 40" LED TV; this one offers better picture sharpness than the VU one! I don't see any visual effect inspite of its boasting 100Hz backlight feature. Still I see blinking and motion blur as sometimes I see with my VU LED TV. What I think I got better TV of a reputed brand, for the price of VU LED 50" TV. Also it seems the clarity of the screen is increasing day by day!

Amazing service by flipkart, the TV was delivered to me the day after it was ordered. Although the delivery man from omnitech retail was rude and mannerless. Installation by panasonic was arranged a day after but the engineer said the package didn't have fittings in it so used his own and took 50rs from me anyhow. Though leaving all that apart this TV is absolutely amazing. First i was regretting to not having bought a VU tv which was about 8000rs less in price but now seeing the quality of this wonderful japanese brand i think VU stands nowhere close to this TV's performance in everything. HD looks almost like 4K to my eyes and visuals are just breathtaking. Only competitor to panasonic in visuals can only may be Sony Bravia but trust me no other brand of tv stands any close to the quality this TV offers. Some points to help people thinking to buy it, (1) Sony, Panasonic, LG and Samsung are the best makers of led televisions in the world. Apart from these four in India other trusted brands are VU and Lloyd. Don't buy Micromax as there products are never really trustworthy. I suggest going for VU only if the top four brands don't fit in your budget. (2) It is way better to buy a non-smart tv with a chromecast or fire stick than a smart tv. Smart tv technology right now is being challenged by literally everything. A smart tv is offering very little smart technology right now especially at this low budget price range its not possible to get an android based tv. Moreover smart devices like chromecast and firestick offer much more and have regular updates and are more fun than a regular smart tv. So why waste your money, choose wisely. (3) Size does matter. The bigger your televsion the better the experience is.
