HTC desire 826 is amazing phone , i got the blue lagoon color phone it has a soft touch in back, the display is full HD which amazing , its running android lollipop out of the box which is amazing , speakers are good with HTC Boomsound system and added enhancement of dolby sound. overall the phone is very good and in its segment its better than samsung , one plus one or any other phone .

The product is not good. its get over heated within 5 minutes of use over call or internet. Its getting hot just like a bricks on fire. even it is difficult to handle. I will never suggest to buy.

Very much software issues in camara

Please do not buy HTC desire 826, even though it seems to be the best smart phone with dual sim for range between Rs.22,000/- & Rs.25,000/- . I faced following issues & response of Flipkart team was poor on the grounds. You face charging problem for sure... This mobile requires a minimum of 2 hours for charging 100%. You need to be patient enough to wait. Mobile does not have battery back up. If you use mobile data, the battery back up would come down drastically and discharged within for 2- 3 hours. You can expect to use the phone for a day. Mobile gets heated, if you speak for more than 5 minutes which is obvious according to the production team of Flipkart!! Even after frequent calls, the issues were not sorted out instead the production team of Flipkart try to convince you with silly reasons to retain the phone & never come to a conclusion than being apologetic!!

Am use this phone from one month. Battery get hot when browse internet. And drain like water.so battery backup is not good.camera clarity is not good. Plz improve

I am writing my review about HTC Desire 826 after using the phone for almost 4 months. Firstly the phone looks amazing and the selfie camera is much better then the rear cam. The phone runs smooth even after installing many apps. The lollipop experience is good too. Now the battery is not that great and last only a day if you are on internet but i think all the smartphones nowadays perform the same. But after you update your software which you will have to, the live filters which was the real gem of HTC you will loose all those features. The phone does heat a beat at times but not much. Using it's headphone to listen to music is quite good. Overall you won't regret buying it. I have the Blue Lagoon color which looks amazing. Finally the service of Flipkart and the seller WS Retail was good. Recommend anyone who wish to buy can go for it but buy from WS Retail only.

I have used this phone for 3 years, and now I am writing this review out of frustration. This phone performed well during its initial days, but soon it started showing its true colors. Problems faced : 1. Battery Life : Worst 2. Heats up : like a hot pan 3. Slower : than a koala. NEVER go for this phone even if you are getting it for free.

I used the phone for two days ,after using it these are the basic pros and cons. Pros: 1.Awesome camera clarity both front and rear camera having 13 Mp is one of the best selfie phone ever. 2.Screen resolution is another best feature provided by HTC . The phone having 401 PPI ,it means the screen resolution is very good also full hd supported. 3.Gaming performance is also good .all the high resolution and high graphics game running smoothly without any lag. 4. 2 gb ram and 16gb rom and 128gb supported and all the apps can easily transferable to SD card . cons: 1.battery back up is good but for heavy users not so good. 2.heating problem but its ok because all the smartphone having same problem

First of all thanx to flipkart for super fast delivery, I received it on second day after my order. The phone is overall good but the one thing that disappoint me most is it's camera. although in light it takes good photos but in indoor areas there is too much noise in the photo as well as in video, focus is also bad and sometimes it takes photos worse than 5MP camera. Battery life is pretty good, it ran for full day with playing game, internet on wi-fi. It plays almost all the games without a lag and heating in this phone is also less than most of the Xiaomi phones.Also it has an advantage of 128gb expendable storage. If you are looking for a good camera then don't go for it.

Good camera, good look, good battery life... but the device gets heat up after a few hours of usage...looking for a solution..
