I have installed this ac in my 110sqft bedroom, Cooling is superb at 24deg C. Low noise and auto save program. Connected this ac with wifi and operations through smartphone with their Mirale app is awesome. Easy to use functions. Flipkart delivery is too good in 1 days and the backend installation team is also good. The installation done in same day and the installation team is cool. Outdoor unit is still not making much noise and hopes it will remains same in future too. 4star for the build quality of indoor unit which seems little thin plastic and PM filters they are claiming. PM filter is a mesh only which picture i have uploaded, I'm from air filtration industry and I know about the air filters. Other things are good. Tips: 1 Ton AC is good enough for upto 110sqft.

Cooling is good. Installation is done after one day of delivery. They charge me 2616 for installation I.e 1416 for installation and 1200 for stand which is expensive. So I suggest to buy a stand online, which is cheaper.

Product is very good and delivery is also on time but installation was so poor. Technicians were not so trained

using 4star ac, cooling is gd , monthly energy consumption around 130 to 150unit with use of 8 to 10hr per day and 26 temperature in august

I initially rated as bad due to the issue I had with the product. I have now changed my rating from 1 to 3 based on the support and services provided by Panasonic. They are excellent. They have now seems to be fixed the issue and advised me to monitor. I will come back again to provide my full review if all works good.. Thank you again for the wonderful product support offered by Panasonic and one of their technician Arun..

The plastic of the product is having a yellow tint. Highly possible that it was kept in direct sunlight somewhere. However the date of manufacturing and everything else looks good. I have 2 other Panasonic ACs and all are performing more or less similarly. It displays Power unit consumed as well on mirAIe app which is helpful in tracking your usage.

Writing the review after one week usage 1.5 ton 4 star Cooling and noise levels are the best Very very quiet AC It totally feels like a very premium air conditioner Mirale app works effortlessly Only installed service needs to improve
