5 start for Flipkart, packing, delivery, staff behaviour 5 start for the washing machine, it does the job very well, less noise, very good cleaning. 5.5 kg is enough if the family contains 3 to 4 people. 1 start for the demo guy, who didn't explain it properly. Issue I had experienced. On the first day, when the demo guy came, the machine worked very well, then on second day, as soon as I switched on the machine, the water comes in and goes directly to the drain hose. Machine not worked :( :( I raised a ticket and a technician called me said that it's auto siphonage feature, the drain hose should be placed at least 100 cms in height.. and I just hooked the drain hose at the back of the machine then it started working again. Please read the instruction manual completely, the demo guy will never showed how to clean filter etc.. I had to go through the manual and do it myself. Apart from that, no complaints on Machine, Haier and Flipkart.. all good :) :)

I had bought this machine basis the configuration mentioned on the catalouge & believe me i have found this to be an amazing machine, Absolute soundless and very effective cleaning. I have become a fan of this product. I am 100% satisfied with the product and strongly recommend to others.

I bought it last month and the machine is working very fine upto now. Thanks to Haier and Flipkart for providing a good product. But I didn't liked few things: 1) It doesn't have any program option for washing cotton clothes in normal/cold water. We have to use min 40 degree wash program. This will surely add up extra in my electricity bill. 2) Drainage pipe must be atleast 70 cms height above the ground which is very awkward feature. 3) Wash cycle duration is long, even though I have a good pressure water supply. Else everything is great!!! Thanks.

I am writing the review after using the Haier washing machine for more than 2.5 years. The product has been working nicely. The packing was good, Delivery was in time.Technician was not familiar with the product, however it installed the machine after getting guidance from his superior. He was humble ,installed the product free of charge. After sell service by Haier needs improvment, when you buy product from website local dealer doesn't provide service.After registering complain at customer care of Haier, without getting problem solved I got message "your complain is solved ". Afetr repeated attempted, However Haier did manage for service . It is value for money. Quality of the washing clothes is excellent. Instead of expansive product of other brands like LG ,IFB ; I would recommend Haier.

Flipkart delivered this item as per standard schedule Time that i fixed. Next day Demo person has visited to my home and he fixed the Machine with Detailed Demo of this product. I Started to use this machine at 1000 RPM full load condition there was water leak at front door and near to detergent slot. But not a major leak. I raised the compliant to Haier customer care , They suggested me to operate at 800 rpm speed then it is fine no leak. As of now the machine is working fine. This product is value for money. Haier Support also good and Flipkart delivery also fine.

Purchased during the mega sale time. Delivery was done as per commitment . Even though my house were on first floor with narrow staircase, guys delivered there without any word. Installation was also done free of cost and properly. About Product, as it is washing cloths very clean. Happy till now with the machine.

Very happy with the product but very bad service. I was happy until the product came at the gate but the drama started after that. The person who was suppose to deliver the product refused to take the product inside the house claiming that there is no lift and the staircase is small. I had to practically take him to my home and show him a bigger IFB washing machine which i already have and which is much bigger and heavier than the one he is bringing. He was still reluctant and was contniously was asking me for additional help. Only after 15minutes of discussion, i understood what his help meant(read tip to take it up). He very reluctantly took the machine up later and when i gave him a tip, his words were "Only this much". His expectation was 500Rs. This was the first time, i had such experience with Flipkart. I took the tip back and showed him the door. Flipkart, If you are listening to this, please take an appropriate action. Now talking about the product, It is a brilliant product and works flawlessly. The place where the machine is installed does not have high pressure water supply and this machine worked brilliantly well. The service from Haier was brilliant. The service engineer was at the door step within 30min of delivery and he was a gentleman. He had all the patience in this world to answer my parents questions which sometimes were also very basic. he also suggested some accessories which he did not have at that time. he bought it the other day and they were all given with a bill from the company. He was also quiet resourceful and shared his number asking us to call him directly after raising the ticket incase of any issues. Very happy with the product but below average service. \ 5 out of 5 for the product and 1 out of 5 for the service Hence the average 3

To me it has been my best buy. It offers amazing features packed at a affordable price. It is very silent and offers various useful washing modes. Washing was never so hassle-free and Easy before :)

totally satisfied...haier always prevails its brand name...do not go for ifb or any other brand....total value for money..im writing my riview after one month usage..its flawless and no cons as yet...go for it

The washing machine was delivered as per the schedule. Unfortunately no technical person has contacted for the demo of the machine. When I called customer care they informed that somebody will contact me within 72 hrs. But still there has been no call from Haier engineers.
