Very good quality, decent job done by technicians however very high installation cost!! Communication gap as well. I was been told by flipkart that standardized installation cost 499 +18% gst however charged 1500/- by service partner. Whirlpool customer care absolutely clueless

Writing it after using for a week. PROS: 1. The AC looks beautiful in it's white shiny colour. 2. Cooling is fast, it takes around 5-8minutes to cool an entire room of 154 square feet. 3. Auto cut feature works well, options like ECO & SILENT mode will definitely help in reducing energy bills. 4. Built quality is good. Installation was done on time and engineers did a good job with installation. It's better to have white cement/POP and Pin top before hand. CONS: 1. You get only 3modes, Cool and dry. 2. Remote doesn't work properly and many a lot of times you'll have to struggle to even change the temperature or position of swing. 3. The swing doesn't move completely, it moves in only half part and I think this is the case with all the Whirlpool models. 4. There are only 2 options for Swing, either it'll move or it won't.(Well, this barely would have changed anything as already the swing is covering only half area) 5. Plastic used in indoor unit seems to be of low quality. I got this for a price of 25K, where I find it to be a good deal. Only thing which concerns me is Swing Movement and operating with remote (and mind you this is the real struggle).

YES ! VALUE FOR MONEY. It was delivered before time, installation and demo done before expected date. Happy with this product on Day - 1 It cools room (170 Sqft) within 5-7 mins. Other features like energy saver, 6th sense mode is quite good. Installation guy was well knowledgeable and did great job. Power consumption still not yet noted on Day 1. But surely I'll update my experience upto 3 months. Best 1.5 tone inverter 3 star AC at this lowest rate compare to other platform / market. Got it for 26000 in offer time "supercool day flipkart" After 1 week : Still all the functionality is working at best level and power consumption of the unit is 0.6 unit per Hour on Energy saving mode and 0.7 unit per hour on high fan speed and lower temperature mode. So basically same as what they committed on 3 star label. It means if you are running AC 7 hours at night it will take 4.7 units only.

Energy efficient - Noted the Unit Consumed for a Night 09:30 PM to 07:15 Morning Consumption is around 2.70 Units where AC was set at 26 Degree Celsius 5. Cooling is Done in 10 Minutes in Normal Mode. 6. Turbo Cooling Feature Works in 6 Minutes. 7. Air flow is is strong enough 8. Noise level is low even at highest fan speed Overall Happy with the Product. I am Writing this Review after 1 Week of Usage Delivered on Promise Date thanks to Flipkart and Installed the Day After from Whirlpool Service Engineer. Nice Experience with the Same, Very Friendly and Careful about the Pandemic outbreak.

Overall AC is good. Only cons is noise. It make too much noise.

Cooling is average as compared to Voltas and remote looks very old and it doesn't glow like other remotes . I was charged 5400 rupees for installation. Other 1.5 ton AC costs 3-6 thousands more but you can clearly feel the difference in the quality . I'd not buy this AC in future I think Voltas, LG is a better choice

Cooling is just amazing and at this price range it's a great deal. Remote light is not there keep in mind. And I don't think it's energy efficient, I used the ac for 2 hours at 24 degree and its consumed 3 units.

Pretty good value for money. I wanted two acs for my house I ordered one first to see it’s performance . good powerful throw of air and very silent cools down the room of 150 sqft in 15-20 minutes performance is satisfactory so now I ordered another one for my room.
