Highly Satisfied with flipcart.. Got the TV within 2 days of booking, TV was nice, sound is clear, only one problem is that this Sony TV 29"inch does not support all formats of video, it. only supports mp4 video, it doesn't support WMV, MPEG, A V I format from any external device :ie pen drive

Delivery was on Schedule.Installation done as per the time given, by a local sony dealer. He did the wall mounting. Now Coming to the Tv ,the colours are Crisp and bright. I have compared Sony and Samsung, LG LED TV in Reliance Digital just before ordering via Flipkart. Sony is the best product in Picture and Sound. I see too much of brightness for all samsung tv's. But, sony is generation true colors and picture quality is awesome. Pros: 1. Picture quality is outstanding. 2. Sound is best at this price range, other brands not even near to Sony. 3. USB will support mp4, mkv,mpeg formats. which is good as I do not use usb much. 4. Last but not least, delivery is super fast. I received just in 1 day and same day installation and demo. Thanks to Flipkart for quickest delivery. Cons: 1. Need additional antenna to listen FM Radio, this feature is unnessary. 2. Most of movies copied in my pendrive are in mkv format but not opening. Verdict : Buy this TV if your budget is within 20K. Best sound and picture quality. You can save 2-3K money if you opt for Samsung or LG TV, but compare by seeing them side by side in some showroom and then decide. You will definitely buy Sony.

Flipkart Delivery Experience : Bought this for a relative whose quite old, checked prices at a few places and found Flipkart was cheaper, went ahead and bought it. The installation was done a day after delivery by Sony kudos on that. Service by Flipkart was good. Product Review : The TV is slightly brighter compared to LG, though for 3000 more you get a smart TV from LG. The speaker does a decent job for a room(small) with FANS running at full speed, the remote is easy to operate not going to talk about design as it's not important for me.

6 months I m Using this product from grate eastern outlate.it have all the premises as it can bt batter then any other brand because it's sony after all. Now come to the picture quality- its fav bcoz it supports original 1280p blue ray video format.u can see each n every human hair. Color saturation is too good. Sound- i never heard this kind of heavy based sweet sound in any other led tv.no need to add external speakers/ home threater as it is itself a boss of all kind of sound. Usb port- 1 port but perfect Hdmi port- yes its bonus Pc monitor- U can use it as computer screen also at the same time u r watching tv. Last of all why u will spend 5000/- more to increase only 3 inch as its enough size...

Purchased Sony LED only because we have been its customer for 14+ years and its reliability, maintainability and quality maintained over the years really did impress us. We were using CRT TV before and believe me or not, it never went to any service centre at a stretch for 7 years for both the CRT TVs we purchased before. But the story is slightly different here for our first ever LED TV. Well, there are no comments on the picture quality when viewed from the front, but from the side, the quality deteriorates with whitish colour. Uniformity of picture quality seems absent as compared to its smaller brother - CRT TV and somehow I felt that the legacy of SONY as a brand seem to have been hit with these quality issues. This was purchased for <20k whereas it should have been around 16k-17k, given the quality of the product. Apart from this issue, no other major issues were found.
