Delivery on time and installation done in a week. Used it twice and it was pretty decent. Very much suitable for small family or bachelors as you can wash only 4 pairs at once. Small and occupies less place so happy for that.

Please don't Buy from Flipkart, they mention something else and delivered something else, it's worst service by Flipkart, installation will take 10 days based on how many you do to their customer care , don't Buy please

Coming to performance..its too good in washing,washing perfectly..but machine works only with cold water.bit won't work in hot water.. It's an outstanding product, Works very good. I suggest to Buy this. Works good, Silent futures are No sound at all, Only beep sound after completing wash. Dirty cloths also washes good No other W/M will get in 11k Service is best from Onida and No doubt Flipkart service is better than best. Unhappy with Input/Output pipe size, Need to invest 500 on this.So reduced 1 Star else its a 5 start product.

Dear All, I was looking for good decent washing machine...and within our budget. When I saw this deal i could not believe on price I am going to pay after buy back option for old semiautomatic washing machine (for which Flipkart paid me Rs.2000/-) which no dealer could offer. We saw product at local dealer and asked for this price which he could not offer. Even he was not paying more than Rs.500/- for our old washing machine. I checked other similar washing machines on Flipkart ( Godrej, LG, Samsung, Kelvinator) but features for this ONIDA washing machine at given price were not comparable. Its functions are very simple and useful for daily requirements.My wife is very happy and even we recommended to our friends and relatives for the same. Brands like LG and Samsung were costly for similar product and with less functions compared to this washing machine. Till today we are happy ( almost using for month now) and expecting same performance for coming years. Flipkart team done great job from delivering product, pickup buy back product and then installation. They made delivery as promised but also ensured installations by Local ONIDA service guys as per our convenience.They even taken our feedback before closing this order. Hats off to you guys keep it up ....!!!! Four stars to you also. This washing machine is so quiet ( very less operating noise during wash cycle) that even I just sit beside and work on my computer without disturbance. Yes Air dry cycle makes some noise but it is also acceptable. So surely I would recommend if you are looking for less costly top loading enough washing functions and nice washing machine at good price for your old used washing machine. One observation : Drain pipe length and quality is not so good as expected.

I am using this machine from 2 months. Flipkart delivery was good. Onida's service guy who came for installation doesn't know much about the machine. All he explained was, select the mode 'heavy' and press start. He doesn't have a clue why other modes were present. Pros: 1. Completes washing in 40-50 minutes (wash, rinse and air dry) 2. Clothes come out clean. Previously, I used a front-loading one (which is more than double the price though), which had better cleaning quality. 3. Fuzzy logic selects right amount of water needed. 4. Memory backup is helpful during power cuts. Cons: 1. Small fibres from certain clothes forms a residue kind of stuff and is distributed over all the clothes. After clothes are dry, its looks like there's some white dust on them. There is a filter (lint filter) inside the machine which is supposed to collect this residue, which is obviously not doing the job. 2. No timer option provided. Flipkart is listing "Preset Timer" as "yes", which should be corrected.

Every time before I buy a product I would always prefer to see the AVG CUSTOMER REVIEWS, surprisingly this one stands first. 2. I took almost two days to read all the review comments meanwhile I verified in other website reviews as well all seems to be fantastic. 3. Second criteria is the Budget , For 10,990 " TOP LOADING / FULLY AUTOMATIC " words are really made me to go for it. Order History : 1. Ordered on 10th July , 10.00 AM IST, delivered on 11th July , 3.00 PM IST. 2. Onida service provided on 12th July , 5.00 PM IST. Performance : 1. First wash is about 13 - 15 items along with Jeans. Took 60-70 Minus 2. It washed ma clothes seamlessly and it comes with the drier too and it go for a two times swing. 3. I have checked my ankle part of ma Jeans and collars of ma shirts and it's perfect. 4. This cute machine doesn’t even make a noise like any other electronic items. 5. SILENT BUT POWERFUL. 6. Today morning another sets of clothes now with bed spreads , I did not modify the washing selection. Tough I washed Jeans / Bed Spreads I have it in NORMAL wash only. 7. Use right number of Clothes -Don't Overload - Then it will take care of the rest. 9. WHEELS ATTACHED - Surprised to see the wheels in this basic model. Easy Moving. CONS : It's pretty hard to find a fault with this product , However here it is , 1. Not too Many clothes can be washed. Only 5.8KGS. 2. The Inlet Pipe is bit small that needs to be taken care if the pipe size is bigger. 3. Though it wash at its best , it's not 100% perfect but this product is doing it's justice on what it is paid for,. 4. Go ONLY if yours a compact family of 3-5 Max. OVERALL SILENT KILLER - GO FOR IT

I have been using this machine since last 4+ years. This is a value for money product. People try to find best features in the world with low cost and then they encounter expectations mismatch.. You get the machine for 9000 odd bucks and it does everything you need for a family of 3-4 people. Pros: Noiseless, compact, multiple settings and wash cycles as per your needs, auto water level detection (with minor inaccuracy) , comparatively good wash with avarage drying capacity.. which is fair enough for Indian weather.. Cons: Lint filter and capacity..but again what you get is what you pay for.. so one cant complaint.. verdict: its really a good machine and does the job right.. If you really want a couple of features that dont really add much value in the whole washing and drying program, you better spend 2/3 times more and go for a brand like IFB,LG, BOSCH..for no concrete reasons.. the price difference is not worth the differences in features.. Go for Onida .. you wont regret with this budget..!
