I have been using this A.C for 1 week. It just works and i have faced no problem so far. INSTALLATION Professional and symmetrical Installation by Samsung. They gave me option to buy stand and pipes from market and provided estimate before installation and even gave me options to save money. They also provided receipt for entire amount and made sure that aesthetics of inner and outer wall are not ruined. Copper Pipe : 250 per sq ft * 5 ft = 1250 Rs Drain Pipe : 300 Rs A.C Stand : 750 Rs Installation : 499 Rs Total : 2799 Rs. PROS Very Fast Cooling : Cools 170 sq ft area in 10 minutes) Low Noise Level : It won't bother you with noise Powerful AC fan : You can feel cool air at distance of 20 Feet It consumes 1 Unit in 2 Hours CONS Size of Indoor Unit is 25% small than conventional 1.5 ton A.C. No Auto Horizontal Swing No Back lit Remote

installation person taken much more cost than said by before insatllation without bill. no proper installations done ...i should again call another person privatly to do proper installations ..drain pipe is not fixed well ....outdoor unit is not screw well ...i suggest not to do with samsang installation..
