Its display panel has found faulty 2 times within a span of 11 months, which is a costly product. I asked IFB to give me the root cause, but they kept silent.

I bought this machine and if the water flow is slow, it always shows one error warning with beeps and stops. Don't waste your money buying this.

The delivery and installation process was smooth. The washing machine is good as well. It makes very less noise, has semi-automatic features as well- You can program the features required. Only problem is that the length of the water pipe is small.
