Air conditioner is very good but installation partner is worst

Overall, I m very happy with the product. It's value for money, however I m extremely dissatisfied with the installation staff in my region (valsad - 396001). He doesn't follow the instructions provided by LG and installed by its own way.. The evaluation test after installation has not been done by him and he wants to finish installation as early as possible.. Also he didn't care about AC unit and handle it like a waste product. I can give him only 1 star rating out of 5.

It's a very good purches. flipkat delivered on time and I got massage instlation will be done two days later after delivery but did it next day itself Iam happy for that. And product was very compact in size, and very smooth and quiet operation. I am satisfied. performance wise I will update later

Cooling is not so good. Installation team has very poor response time. Everyday they said like today team will come but nobody came till 5 days. Finally i installed from outside.

Ac is good, but had to cancel installation from Jeeves 2 times because they didn't have vacuum , they even tried to install ac without vacuum. Finally contacted LG customer services, Lg installation was very good they vacuumed the indoor and copper pipe for 40 minutes. Installation from Brand has same warranty.

My Search for 5star 1 ton ended up here. Happy for my purchase. Good cooling. I was worried about the negative comments about the installation but my agents were professional and well mannered. Happy for the purchase. Go for it without a second thought and you will not regret. Will update about energy consumption after a week

As far as my LG AC 1 Ton 5 Star is concerned. I have purchased this Ac a few days ago. Installations was successful. I have no issue any types yet. Ac working perfectly. Its have no noise. But room colds after 30 mint. Its will save you electricity bill. According to me as much as coolers eat the electricity same way it will eat electricity. I do say thanks flipkart and trusted seller. But i have one suggestion regarding Ac installations boys. When installations boys came to my home. They dont have fully tools Like spherical hole machine. They were holing in walls a little drills machine as so much time. So that walls break down. But i repaired my walls with putty.
