Honest Experience of mine: bought TV on 13th august 2015. Pros: Good price label Better Picture Quality Ports are Good Affordable product Cons: Customer Care service is a bit bad, wont answer calls even on their mentioned timings. Warranty is one year, if you want extended warranty then its 2800 /- for 2 years. No service center in Hyderabad. Sound clarity can be better. Not able to play some promised video formats. If the product faces any problem after the warranty period ,cannot guarantee the service will be at low cost. Extra remote cost 1400/- I will update the review again after few months. this is true review.

Comparing with my LG 32inch. The Display is quite good, quality slightly less than LG. The TV is getting extremely HOT on the right side, MY LG is always cool even after long hours of operation. Wanted to get it checked by the service department, but No-one picks up the phone or the line is busy.

Very good product for low price... it has 2 usb ports and 3 hdmi port which will be available only in luxury TVs... good sound effect and picture quality... delivered as expected and installation was free

I wanted a tv with mostly all the luxury amenities which a tv should have.I started looking on all the online sites to find the best tv. My budget was upto 20k which was forcing me to buy a 32inch Tv. Searching and searching i found VU. And boom, the tv was 39 inches!!!! i was so happy. But i thought the price range would be 30k n above but i was shocked to see that the price on flipkart was under my budget. And i found the best tv in 20k. Very happy with my purchase and also flipkart did one more good thing that installation was done on the same delivery day. Very satisfied wid my purchse, I would surely reccomend this tv to evry1

Buying VU television was almost like taking a blind leap of faith for me, but it has paid off wonderfully The TV was delivered and promptly installed. I have been using it for the last one month and the following are the exceptional features of the TV - 1) The picture quality is magnificent. I have a full HD Samsung 32" LED (Series 6) tv and this one matches to that in terms of picture quality. 2) Sound is very good (specially if you wall mount it) and rich in quality, adding to the movie experiences 3) the USB ports are placed sideways for easy access 4) Looks - the tv is just so aesthetically designed, it can be looked at even when not in use. The sides are very slim, the grey colour gives a nice touch and essence of luxury Just use a good DTH connection and see the HD channels show their true effect in the TV. Hope VU continues with the quality, soon they will be in the same league as the big foreign brands in the market

I bought this from Flipkart App. They delivered it in just next 2 days. Delivered guy were very good enough to provide all the Info of Services and also opened and checked the TV before going. Installation guy came the same day. He was in hurry and did not gave much information and demo on TV. However now i am using this TV from last 40 Days. The performance is super awesome. Without HD Setup box, clearity and sharpness is very good. Sound is also very clear and loud enough in my 250 sq.ft living room. Over all product is value for money. You can get the warranty extended by paying 10% of the MRP by calling VU directly. Its Worth buying. Hope for the best services from VU in future.

After buying and confirming it was great value. Looks good while wall mounted. easy on eyes. Colour reproduction is best in this price range i am sure.
